Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All canceled reservations received 61 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a 25% cancellation penalty.

Reservations canceled within 30-60 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 50% penalty of the entire stay.

Reservations canceled within 29 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty and are responsible for the entire stay and will forfeit all payments.

Pets are welcome. $75/night per each pet.

How Do I Get There?

The Marina's are conveniently located a few blocks off of highway one on Stock Island, Key West.

Many guests drive from Miami as well as some choose to fly into the Key West International Airport, only a couple miles from the marina.

One of the marinas offer free shuttle service to and from Duval St.

The Details

This yacht is very spacious and bright due to windows surrounding it, offering amazing views of the ocean. The marina and its grounds are meticulous and located in the middle of a turquoise paradise with amazing water clarity. There is no movement to the yacht while it’s at the marina tied to the dock. You will sleep very well aboard this yacht with its spacious salon, cockpit, and bedrooms. A two person/tandem kayak is provided for your use in and around the marina and to take out into the mangrove back waters. You can also take the kayak to the outdoor swimming pool, which is only three boat lengths away from where this boat is kept in its slip. The listing rate only applies to your overnight stay at the marina.

This is a beautiful and spacious catamaran yacht offering four estate rooms, each room having its own private bathroom. There’s a large kitchen and great room with windows surrounding it. Each estate room sleeps two adults. The table in the galley folds down into a bed that can sleep two adults. Two estate rooms have underwater viewing windows. The fish and sea life actually swim up to your bedroom window. Additional adults can sleep on the couch in the great room for a total of nine adults. Kids can sleep on the floors if desired.
