The sensation you will feel, as the alluring coastline glides by with its rolling hills shimmering in the distance, is one you will never forget.  See areas such as the Pillars of Hercules, Jumby Bay, Bird Island, and the natural spectacle of Devil’s Bridge, up close and personal.  Be at peace with the world as you gaze at slender coconut palms swaying in the crisp breeze and listen to rhythmic calypso and reggae music as we sail along.

The Excellence will whisk you away to the secluded and uninhabited Green Island, where you can relax on the beach, explore the nearby reef or swim in the warm turquoise waters.  Back onboard the friendly crew will cook you a delicious lunch of chicken or fish accompanied by salad and local vegetables. Drinks are served to you by our crew from the open bar.

Next, you will cruise across to English Harbour, where you will discover one of the most prestigious and renowned historical sights in the world.

Before you return to port our journey will take us past the exotic western coast of Antigua in crystal clear waters, where virgin white sandy beaches and pristine bays can still be found.

Excellence Barbuda by Sea

Enjoy a 90 min sea voyage with all that cruising has to offer. Allow the ‘Excellence’ to take you across to BEAUTIFUL Barbuda, whilst you take in the vistas of the ocean, relaxing back with a cool drink of your choice.

Seeing Barbuda by  boat is the best way to enjoy this nature island and its spectacular beaches. We cruise up along Low Bay, a 17-mile beach (The longest in the Caribbean), where in season,  turtle tracks  will be visible, as some species may return every two weeks or so to lay up to 30 nests of 300 eggs.

At Low Bay, the  Excellence will pull right onto the beach, and lower a drop stairs to allow disembarkation. At this point, you are free to bask in the warm turquoise water or soak up some sun on the beach.

After swimming, a delicious Caribbean-style lunch will have been prepared by the crew on board the Excellence . After lunch, we pull anchor and head over to another beach – Princess Diana Beach. Enjoy another LONG beach break at one of the most beautiful beaches in our twin-island state. Swim in the clear water, feel the softest sand between your toes, bask in the hot Caribbean sun, and allow your mind to drift away in this idyllic paradise.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible: full refund within a limited period.

For cancellations by Guests, cancellation charges depend on when Island Routes receives notice of the cancellation. Minimum cancellation charges are as follows:

Hotel Guests:

24 hours or less: No Refund

48 hours or less: 50% Cancellation Fee

96 hours or less: 25% Cancellation Fee

96+ hours: Full Refund

Shore Excursions:

96 hours or more: Full Refund

Less than 96 hours: No Refund

G r oup Reservations:

60 days prior to tour date: Full Refund

45 days prior to tour date: 50% Cancellation Fee

30 days prior to tour date: 75% Cancellation fee

Less than 30 days prior to tour date: No Refund

All cancellations of, or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. Island Routes Tours will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Holiday periods may be subject to additional cancellation charges. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF TOUR OR ATTENDANT SERVICES NOT UTILIZED.

Refund Policy: No refunds or adjustments will be made for any portion of your tour not utilized.

Changes to Reservations: All requested changes to reservations are subject to Island Routes' sole discretion, and any changes must be approved in writing.

PREPAID TOUR & EXCURSION RESERVATIONS

By reserving your tour and excursion, you authorize Island Routes Caribbean Adventures to book reservations for the total reservation price. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Island Routes Caribbean Adventures for the total reservation price.

BANK & CREDIT CARD FEES

Some banks and credit cards impose fees for cross-border transactions. By reserving your tour and excursion on this website, you may see an additional cost/fee appearing on your credit card statement. This fee is solely determined by your Bank and/or Credit Card Company and Island Routes Caribbean Adventures takes no responsibility for these associated costs. Tour times and dates may vary based on volume or availability. Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, do not operate the tours, and for these purposes, the Operators of tours are independent contractors. The Operators of tours are solely responsible for their acts and omissions and Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, assume no responsibility for such acts and omissions, or for any injury, loss, damage, sickness or accidents sustained on any of the tours offered for sale , including but not limited to any that occur on and/or during the tour, as well as before and after as part of and/or during transport to/from the tour ‐ again, to the exclusion of tours identified as being owned by Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours. Without any exclusion, however, Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, shall not assume any responsibility for injury, loss or damage to any person that voluntarily participates in cliff diving at any location, including but not limited to Dunn's River Falls or Rick's Café, and/or to any person who voluntarily stops as part of and/or during transport to/from a tour at an unintended destination, meaning one that is separate and apart from the scheduled tour and/or destination. Individuals proceeding in such manner assume any and all responsibility and risk, as this is not a recommended activity. Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, in addition shall not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing or other valuables that have not been tendered to Management for safe keeping. Please note, for your safety, Guest will not be allowed to participate in helicopter tours and/or transfers if they have undertaken any diving exercise within 24hrs prior to departure of said tour/transfer.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

Guest HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES that Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, their parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, directors, officers, employees, successors, assigns, agents or representatives, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE to Guest for liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expense in any circumstances, for: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY ANY ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY Guest(s) and/or Operators of tours, excluding tours identified as being owned by Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours; (B) EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MENTAL SUFFERING, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY OF ANY KIND; OR (C) ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. This specifically includes but is not limited to liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expense ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY food or drink consumed at third party facilities belonging to third party Operators of tours.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours cannot guarantee that it will satisfy special requests and we are not responsible if such requests are not met.

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Persons with Disabilities: Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours cannot guarantee that transfer vehicles or tour sites are wheelchair accessible. However, if informed, we will endeavor to make the necessary arrangements. This may however come at an additional cost.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Jamaica, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. • Wear beach clothing, sandals or water shoes, swimsuit, sunglasses, and cap or hat. Take a towel, biodegradable sunscreen (preferably, apply it before the tour’s beginning) and extra money for personal expenses.
• No alcohol before snorkeling or water activities.
• Guests must be in good physical condition.
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• Transportation included only from/to centrally located Hotels in the Antigua area. If you’re staying in a different area, an extra fee may apply
• It is of the utmost importance that you provide your complete Hotel/Cruise details at the time of booking. Without this information, we will not be able to confirm your reservation. If this is the case, please contact us immediately to reconfirm your reservation
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

Nikki was our van driver and told us about Antigua on the ride over to Stingray city. It is a safe, beautiful, short group tour near an island but if you are used to snorkeling on your own schedule, look elsewhere. Positive- literally everything else. Crew is top notch, food is the best of our trip so far, rum punch, beer and other mixed drinks galore. You circumnavigate Antigua- seeing all of the beautiful sights that are only visible by sea. After anchoring on this 2-mile reef on the southwest corner of the island, our experienced crew members will escort you for a snorkeling tour over the reef where you can admire the colourful marine life and the coral formations.
