The LUNA B yacht is a 66m superyacht built by the Dutch shipyard Oceanc o , an industry pioneer that aims to create and support the most advanced and inspiring motor yachts and sailing yachts in the world.

Formerly known as Natita, Ona, Dilbar I, and Dilbar, she is the 24th-largest yacht built by Oceanco. She was fresh from a full rebuild in 2018/2020  thus her condition is in many ways as good as new

The LUNA B is a stunning yacht that boasts a spacious interior penned by Alberto Pinto, where eclecticism, luxury details, and refinement remain the keywords when it comes to creating entire universes for its prestigious clients worldwide.

She is adorned with luxurious materials such as marble, wood, leather, and fabrics all throughout.

The main salon has Macassar ebony and ash sycamore paneling with nickel accents. A low table centerpiece and beige, brown, and leather furniture contribute to the atmosphere. 

The yacht’s interior features dramatic darker wood in eye-catching and imaginative ways. Her main deck entertainment area has beige and black jacquard walls, and her grand staircase has ebony, etched glass, and leather-covered stairs. 

LUNA B provides two formal dining choices in addition to the informal deck eating. The main deck salon’s dark wood dining table is suitable for formal evening meals, while the upper deck salon and bar give uninterrupted views.

Last but not least, the top deck salon has natural textiles, coral, and blue hues with a contemporary twist.

Her exterior is the work of Oceanco, a shipyard that prides itself in integrating fine old-world dutch craftmanship with sophisticated new-world know-how and tomorrow’s technology.

LUNA B features a rounded transom that evokes the classic yachts of a bygone area but is coupled with contemporary lines.

Outside, her deck areas have been rearranged in order to provide the greatest possible selection of different areas.

All of the decks feature sun beds, seating areas, and areas designated for socializing in addition to the expansive pool area that is surrounded by inviting sun beds.

She has a total of six suites that can accommodate a maximum of twelve guests. In addition to this, she has the capacity to accommodate up to 22 crew members, making her the ideal choice for luxury yacht charters.

Her suites include a master suite, a VIP cabin, two double cabins, and two cabins with twin beds.

The full-beam master stateroom is a standout room on the ship because it has its own separate saloon area, complete with a television screen that can drop down on both sides, and an adjoining private office.

She also has a wide selection of water toys for the guests to enjoy during the cruise.

LUNA B yacht was constructed with a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure. She has a gross tonnage of 1801.0 GT, a 12.12 m beam, and a draft of 4.05m. 

Thanks to her twin Deutz engines , she can comfortably cruise at 13 knots, a maximum speed of 17 knots, and a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles from her 180,000-liter fuel tanks. 

She is also equipped with at-anchor stabilizers to provide exceptionally high levels of comfort.

66m Oceanco motor yacht Luna B sold

The 66-metre motor yacht Luna B has been sold with Vesa Kaukonen of Large Yacht Corp , representing the seller and Matt Albert of Superyacht Partners representing the buyer.

Luna B started life as Dilbar and was delivered by Dutch shipyard Oceanco in 2005. She was built in steel and aluminium with a classic canoe stern and had an extensive 16-month rebuild completed in 2020. 

An interior by the late Alberto Pinto offers accommodation for up to 16 guests in eight cabins including a full-beam master suite with its own lounge, double-sided drop-down television screen and adjoining private office. The remaining guest accommodation comprises a VIP suite, four doubles and two extra cabins for guests or staff. 

The 1,801 GT Luna B  has had great success as a charter yacht thanks to her vast exterior decks and interior arrangement. One highlight in particular is her beamy sundeck accommodating a 19,000-litre pool and a helipad that transforms into a sun lounge. An exterior dining table that seats up to 18-guests and an outdoor cinema set-up complete this level and boost her charter appeal.

Inside, the main-deck saloon is finished in macassar, ebony and sycamore wood panelling with nickel-plated accents and large picture windows. A second lounge is found above with two lounge areas, a bar and an office space with floor-to-ceiling vertical windows.

Luna B 's tender garage houses four as-new rebuilt tenders. Her top speed is 15 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 6,000 nautical miles at 13 knots with power coming from two 3,015hp Deutz-MWM SBV12M628 diesel engines.

Luna B was last asking €42,500,000.

LUNA B is an elegant yet relaxed yacht with living areas designed by the late Alberto Pinto. Use of high-quality materials, exquisite finishing and exceptional attention to detail are the main characteristics of this fine vessel. Bold and dynamic, the interior nicely blends old-fashioned craftsmanship and materials with cutting-edge style.

The main salon is designed around an attractive Macassar ebony and ash sycamore wood panelling punctuated by nickel-plated highlight features. There are a striking low table centrepiece and complementary furnishings in beige and brown fabrics and leather that add to the ambience.

In other areas of the yacht's interior, the dramatic darker wood reoccurs in ever more eye-catching and inventive ways. LUNA B’s state-of-the-art entertainment room on the main deck features beige and black jacquard walls, while her grand staircase is crafted from ebony, with ebony and etched glass walls and leather-covered steps.

Alongside the more casual dining arrangement on deck, LUNA B also offers two more formal dining options. The dark wood of the dining table in the main deck salon offers the perfect setting for elegant evening dining, while the lighter sycamore and straw setting of the salon and bar on the upper deck offers the added bonus of unbroken views during a long lunch.

The upper deck salon is highlighted with natural fabrics and touches of coral and blue, offering a great ambience for daytime relaxation. The undeniably luxurious yet homely design also has plenty of modern design touches. A Steinway grand piano with self-play selections and the port sidebar add to the lounge atmosphere for intimate or livelier gatherings.

LUNA B has a large sundeck that was carefully designed around a unique scallop-shaped pool that also offers swim jet and Spa Pool functions. The 16-ton pool is flanked by four wide steps in an overflow area, which allows guests to cool down simply by taking a seat in the shallows. There is also extensive cushioned seating offering a great spot to admire the sweeping open views over the bow of the yacht.

Welcome shade in the form of an informal seating and dining area is provided under a canopy to the rear of the sundeck, along with additional sun-lounging opportunities around the helipad.

LUNA B Specifications

On the upper deck, another casual outdoor dining area is available behind the enclosed salon, while the rear of the main deck boasts horseshoe-shaped sofa seating that is perfect for relaxed evenings watching the sun go down.

A fantastic and well-designed, fully equipped beach club is located aft on the lower deck, providing easy access to the water on a vast array of watersports equipment.

Yacht Accommodation

LUNA B is able to accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 cabins. The smart and stylishly designed master cabin occupies an exceptionally large space forward on the main deck. It features a private lounge area, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bath and shower room. Striated anigre panelling throughout is accented by stitched ribbons of black leather, darker wood detailing and sumptuous soft furnishings both in the sleeping and lounge areas. This design theme continues into the well-appointed, adjoining office. The master cabins generous en-suite bathroom and dressing room feature bright African movingui veneer and white marble and etched Venetian glass to create clean and crisp-looking spaces, which perfectly complement the warmth and at-home ambience of the main areas of the suite. The VIP cabin, also on the main deck has an en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. It is located beside the Master suite. One wall can open onto the Master cabin to form an enormous suite for families with children. There are 2 double guest cabins on the main deck each with en-suite bath and shower rooms and 2 twin guest cabins on the bridge deck, each with en-suite bath and shower rooms. The twin cabin beds can be converted into super-kings. There is also a small staff cabin with two single bunks and shower en-suite on the bridge deck that is suitable for personal staff. Two additional double guest cabins both offer en-suite bath and shower rooms. There are two twin guest cabins on the bridge deck which can be converted into king beds and also have en-suite facilities. Each of the five luxuriously appointed guest cabins aboard LUNA B makes use of vibrant colours and distinctive woods and materials to create a unique environment with a particular mood and feel.

15 men brought to military enlistment office after mass brawl in Moscow Oblast

Local security forces brought 15 men to a military enlistment office after a mass brawl at a warehouse of the Russian Wildberries company in Elektrostal, Moscow Oblast on Feb. 8, Russian Telegram channel Shot reported .

29 people were also taken to police stations. Among the arrested were citizens of Kyrgyzstan.

A mass brawl involving over 100 employees and security personnel broke out at the Wildberries warehouse in Elektrostal on Dec. 8.

Strange Glow Over Moscow Skies Triggers Panic as Explosions Reported

B right flashes lit up the night sky in southern Moscow in the early hours of Thursday morning, new footage appears to show, following reports of an explosion at an electrical substation on the outskirts of the city.

Video snippets circulating on Russian-language Telegram channels show a series of flashes on the horizon of a cloudy night sky, momentarily turning the sky a number of different colors. In a clip shared by Russian outlet MSK1.ru, smoke can be seen rising from a building during the flashes lighting up the scene.

Newsweek was unable to independently verify the details of the video clips, including when and where it was filmed. The Russian Ministry of Emergency situations has been contacted via email.

Several Russian Telegram accounts said early on Thursday that residents of southern Moscow reported an explosion and a fire breaking out at an electrical substation in the Leninsky district, southeast of central Moscow.

Local authorities in the Leninsky district told Russian outlet RBC that the explosion had happened in the village of Molokovo. "All vital facilities are operating as normal," Leninsky district officials told the outlet.

The incident at the substation in Molokovo took place just before 2 a.m. local time, MSK1.ru reported.

Messages published by the ASTRA Telegram account, run by independent Russian journalists, appear to show residents close to the substation panicking as they question the bright flashes in the sky. One local resident describes seeing the bright light before losing access to electricity, with another calling the incident a "nightmare."

More than 10 villages and towns in the southeast of Moscow lost access to electricity, the ASTRA Telegram account also reported. The town of Lytkarino to the southeast of Moscow, lost electricity, wrote the eastern European-based independent outlet, Meduza.

Outages were reported in the southern Domodedovo area of the city, according to another Russian outlet, as well as power failures in western Moscow. Electricity was then restored to the areas, the Strana.ua outlet reported.

The cause of the reported explosion is not known. A Telegram account aggregating news for the Lytkarino area described the incident as "an ordinary accident at a substation."

The MSK1.ru outlet quoted a local resident who speculated that a drone may have been responsible for the explosion, but no other Russian source reported this as a possible cause.

Ukraine has repeatedly targeted Moscow with long-range aerial drones in recent months, including a dramatic wave of strikes in late May.

On Sunday, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the region's air defense systems had intercepted an aerial drone over the city of Elektrostal, to the east of Moscow. No damage or casualties were reported, he said.

The previous day, Russian air defenses detected and shot down another drone flying over the Bogorodsky district, northeast of central Moscow, Sobyanin said.

There is currently no evidence that an aerial drone was responsible for the reported overnight explosion at the electrical substation in southern Moscow.
