Memphis Discovery Tour with Riverboat Cruise on Mississippi River

• Entry/Admission - Memphis
• Hotel pickup and dropoff
• Entry/Admission to National Civil Rights Museum (no option to enter)
• Entry/Admission - National Civil Rights Museum - Lorraine Motel
• 197 Beale St, Memphis, TN 38103, USA Please check in at our ticket podium, located on the patio at Alfred's downstairs.
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Stroller accessible
• Service animals allowed
• Near public transportation
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level
• Travel time and is already included in total tour duration.
• This tour includes a visit to Mud Island River Park and the 50-foot MEMPHIS sign on the south end of the island. This is approximately .6 miles round-trip walking from the bus to the sign and back.
• The Memphis Riverboat is located at the bottom of a 35% incline covered with historic cobblestones. Due to the historic nature of the cobblestones, buses or vehicles are not allowed to drop passengers off directly at the boat dock; guests will be dropped off and picked up from Riverside Dr.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 36 travelers
• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

While other tours focus on the musical history of Memphis, this tour focuses on the history of the City itself. It was informative and we learned a lot about the events that shaped the City. It is a lot of walking but at a comfortable pace. We appreciated the host being watchful of the time and getting us over to see the Peabody ducks. We would recommend this tour to others. We chose this over Graceland and were glad we did. Graceland was too expensive and this much more informative, I’m guessing.
