  3. As total beginner, should I get a Landyachtz Dinghy, Tugboat, or ATV?

The ATV is slightly longer than the tugboat but most importantly, it's more of an oversized street board, a "hybrid" made for tricks and less of a pure cruiser (the Perfecto is the most cruiser-like of the ATVs and it's 32" long vs 30" for the Tugboat). Here's also a good review of the ATV on the same site.

  4. Landyachtz ATV Review: Shred Hard, Cruise Soft

The ATV rides very smoothly, similar to the very popular Dinghy. The traditional skate construction and large kicks give it really good pop and make it as street functional as the older Loco Series. The decent wheelbase and TKP trucks on the ATV make it quite stable and easy to slide on when riding down medium hills.

  6. Upgrade from Dinghy, Tugboat or ATV Ditch Life? : r ...

The tugboat is a little bit smaller and flatter. Both are great rides, can't really go wrong, but if you want to get a little more speed and maybe pop some tricks down the road, go for the ditch life. If you just want a more stable version of what you're already riding, go with the tugboat. Gloomy-Meal5246 • 3 yr. ago

  8. Landyachtz Dinghy Review (Tested & Compared)

Trucks Hangar: 130mm Bushings: Cone & Barrel The Dinghy has traditional kingpin (TKP) 130mm Polar Bear trucks. Quarter-inch riser pads under the trucks to help prevent wheelbite. I've used Polar Bear trucks for over ten years and can confidently recommend them. They're a high-quality truck at a decent price point.

Jack of All Terrains The hawg wheels of these cruisers are 63mm/78a. That means they can be used to ride over sand, rocks, or any rough and muddy terrain with ease. Uneven surfaces or loose tiles and cracks will pose no danger to you. No Plastic Going green is definitely the new hip thing.

  15. Landyachtz Tugboat Review

The Landyachtz Tugboat is a great choice for beginners. There is lots of room for your feet, it feels very stable and doesn't make any unexpected turns. The steep concave will take some time to get used to but it's easy to keep you balance because it's so wide.

  16. Landyachtz Dinghy vs. ATV vs. Custom

I assume the ATV Grey Tiger is easier to do tricks on because of the two kicktails, but does it differ much from the Dinghy in terms of speed, turning, and going over rough roads and sidewalks? Or should I forget both of them and get this custom skateboard with Ricta Clouds 54mm 78a wheels and risers?
