A razor-sharp profile, sleek lines, vertical hull windows, and a metallic silver livery make this one of the most modern-looking vessels that Pershing has ever built, while custom interiors with a contemporary European flair deliver both style and comfort. Yet despite the looks and size this is a yacht that moves more like a speedboat, with a racing prowess and powerful engines that can reach top speeds of 45 knots.

This yacht’s sundeck may not be the biggest bridge on the market, but it is tailor-made for bathing in the summer rays for hours on end. A pair of modular sun-loungers with backrests sit to aft, while the front of the bridge is given over to a six-panel sunpad that is ideal for picnics. One level down and you will discover a raised double sunpad out on the foredeck that slopes towards the bow for superb marina-facing views, and a U-shaped Portuguese Bridge sofa in white leather with a breakfast table that is a great place for leisurely al-fresco brunches. To the rear there is a shaded, teak-lined aft-cockpit with a transom sofa, a trapezoidal dining table, a wet-bar station with a grill, an elevated rear sunpad and side steps down to one of the biggest swimming platforms on the market and a transom garage that is large enough to store a Williams jet tender.

In the main deck salon you can choose between pale oak, dark wengewood or warm maple surrounds, while a U-shaped white leather sofa to starboard seamlessly connects to the cockpit thanks to sliding glass doors. There is also room in here for cabinetry, a coffee table, an ottoman, a frosted glass dining table or a bespoke Onyx-topped bar with stools. Up front, and behind an opaque glass screen that turns transparent at the touch of a button, there is a fully-equipped helm station with Raymarine display screens, autopilot, Simrad VHF radio, a Thuraya satellite phone, a Naviop management system, engine feedback, bow and stern thrusters and power-steering.

Four lower-deck en-suite cabins provide sleeping space for up to eight overnight guests, with a pair of twins and a VIP double occupying the front portion of the hull. Should you wish the second twin bedroom can be exchanged for a sedate lower-deck lounge. To the rear there is a full-beam owner’s stateroom with triple mullioned hull windows, a king-sized bed, a side sofa, Japanese blinds, Artimide lamps, a lobby with closets and a huge teak-lined bathroom with a Bisazza mosaic-lined shower. To aft you will find an enclosed, Euro-style galley kitchen with Bosch appliances that directly connects to a crew quarters with room for three members of staff.

Twin 2435MHP MTU diesel engines fixed to ASD Arneson surface drives deliver top speeds of up to 44 knots with consistent cruising clocking in at around the 38-knot mark. A proprietary V-hull with an 11.5-degree deadrise, meanwhile, keeps this yacht feeling super agile and well-balanced across a range of coastal conditions.

Founded in 1981 by Italian entrepreneurs Tilli Antonelli, Fausto Filippetti and Guiliano Onori, Pershing yachts was finally established in 1985 in an era that was fertile ground for visionaries and talented designers that spent their time imagining a new way of building boats. As new technologies and design innovations were being introduced to the world, Pershing Yachts was able to make use of these new elements that led to building some of the finest yachts in the industry. Built to be as fast as a powerboat, but as comfortable as a motoryacht, Pershing yachts started a new revolution with the Pershing 45. Pershing has established itself as being a leading builder of fiberglass sport yachts over the years and has no desire to imitate anyone else or even themselves. Perishing’s often seem to defy the laws of physics – a bigger boat means a slower pace, but not for Pershing. The 108 is nearly the heaviest Pershing yet, and can push speeds up to 40 knots. Although fast, she still exhibits large boat-like features by having a 22-foot beam providing plenty of scope. The three-cabin layout provides a roomy living space by also having a large square-set seating and aft dining table. Characterized with low cabinets and large glass areas, the deck remains deceptively simple with a rational big, feeling large and livable. The flybridge fits snugly into the profile of a 108, having sculpted side rails and a helm station (optional) that features foldout sun loungers, a large settee, foldout table, and barbeque center accommodating any boat goer. Three engines fit nicely within the engine compartment with good access to all maintenance points. Well-ordered and arranged, this engine room has very high engineering standards by having the auxiliaries in a separate compartment forward the main engine room acting as a great sound barrier. The design of a 108 makes a great deal of sense and with its high performance; this model is a must for those who appreciate quality and comfort.

Crafted with innovation in mind, the 90’ highlights all the best elements of Pershing – aggressiveness, revolutionary design, and impressive speed. This mega yacht combines remarkable size with perfect seaworthiness making it one of a kind. Externally, the 90’ signifies its aggressiveness, but internally peace is the theme. The choice of luxury materials and innovative space solutions display a harmony of design throughout the model. The layout balances out nicely and includes many private spaces that are spacious and comfortable. Designed to be modern, but not minimalist – the 90’ optimizes the use of space to give added features. The airy saloon stretches a third of the length of the boat including double sliding glass doors that open onto the stern dining area, while the bow opens to the helm station that includes an aviation-style cockpit. Below deck you will see the cabins and lower lounge area that can be accessed from the main saloon. Throughout the cabin, the oak contrasts nicely with the wenge flooring, providing decorative details. This elegant, yet powerful model shows great design and exquisite craftsmanship.

Pershing 74

Built with a distinctly open personality, the 74’ Pershing includes stylistic features that make it known that Pershing keeps a close eye on their details. Offering a master cabin and two guest cabins, this model can host up to 6 guests, making it a great getaway on the water. The layout and design emphasizes elegance by having the quality of the furnishings throughout the vessel. With the salon doors and sunroof closed, the 74’ is also incredibly quiet, providing a nice smooth ride for all guests. Technology also plays an important role, starting from the loved foldaway door between the cockpit and living room – making the exterior and interior blend to create a spacious area. The retractable full-length hard top is also a key factor in the 74’ by having multiple purposes, including a retractable gangway, a swimming ladder and a docking staircase. This innovative model is one not to be missed.

Pershing 64

The Pershing 64’ is one that can handle challenging conditions, while still showing off its luxurious and capable qualities. Replacing the excellent 62 in the lineup, the 64’ was built to reinvent the brand with stylistic and technological advances. Defined with its new curves, the superstructure includes an extending cockpit overhang, a saloon bulkhead, along with workable and well-equipped galley that extends low on the portside providing ample space. New décor sweeps throughout the model, with plenty of daylight washing through to highlight the crisp minimalist interior design.   In addition to its looks, the 64’ was built for high performance, being 6 tons heavier than the 62 as well as two feet longer on the same beam. A two-seat helm sits on the starboard side with a view stretching out to sea. Not only does the 64’ provide comfort and power, but it provides style for any boat owner.

ABOUT PERSHING YACHTS It started out as a simple shipyard in 1981 when three Italian friends Tilli Antonelli, Fausto Filippetti, and Giuliano Onori founded Cantiere Navale dell’Adriatico in Mondolfo, Italy. They built laminate boats but soon became more interested in motor yachts.

Avid boaters themselves, the trio realized that motor yachts of the day focused only on luxury and cared little for power. Instead of following the traditional path, their goal was to combine excellence on three levels:  Superior performance, top-quality materials, and luxurious interiors.

In 1985 they recruited talented yacht designer Fulvio De Simoni to bring their vision to life. Since they were aiming for speed and performance, they named the company after the Pershing Missile, and Pershing Yachts was born. Their boats have lived up to that reputation.

VESSEL INNOVATION BY PERSHING YACHTS Pershing’s first boat, a 45’ open yacht, delivered what they wanted: An abundance of power in an opulent package, but they didn’t stop there. Innovations continued.

For Sale: 2023 Pershing 6X

Looking for a 60-foot performance yacht that is elegant and stylish enough for James Bond to chase down the bad guys and save the world? Recovery , a 2023 Pershing 6X, has a top speed of 48 knots and can easily be handled by an owner-operator. The price on Recovery has been reduced by $300,000 and is currently listed just shy of $3.1 million.

“Recovery ’s bridge area is set up like a 21st-century starship with copilot and pilot seats, the latter flanked by throttles and thruster toggles to starboard and a Xenta joystick to port. The helm console bristles with buttons and has two multifunction displays along with Top System controls that indicate the up-down positions of drive legs and trim tabs. The helm seats can be pushed back on their tracks to create standing room around the wheel. And despite the extreme rake of the one-piece windshield, visibility is pretty good. A sunroof lets in fresh air,” as reported in Yachting .

Allied Marine stated Recovery is bold and defiant, the Pershing 6X embodies the Pershing predatory spirit, with her taut, agile forms and cutting-edge tech. A blast of power with a 48-knot top speed, she’s primed to run rings around the rest and poke fun at convention.

Powered by twin 1,550 hp MAN V12 diesel engines, Recovery can quickly be pushed up to 48 knots to show off her speed, or comfortably cruised at 37 knots with a range of 280 nautical miles. Throttling back to 750 rpm, 9 knots, will extend Recovery’s range to around 360 nautical miles and allow guests to enjoy the views on the open waters. 

A GRP hardtop with dimmable lights and electric sunroof covers the salon and helm of Recovery. The salon has a U-shaped seating area, which includes a two-seater chaise lounge and coffee table to port. Large windscreen and side windows give owners and guests a great view of the surroundings, but opening the sunroof and rear sliding-glass door to the cockpit brings an open- air atmosphere to the salon area and helm. A 55” UHD LED TV with a Naim audio system and ceiling-mounted speakers can be raised or lowered for movie night. Forward on the starboard side, two P62 helm seats can be adjusted so the captain has plenty of space to stand if he chooses. Recovery is equipped with the following navigation systems: 

• Garmin GPSMAP 8616xsv multifunction display at lower helm
• Garmin 8616 multifunction display at lower helm (in addition to xsv unit) 
• (2) Garmin GPSMAP 8616 multifunction displays at upper helm
• Garmin GMR Fantom 124 radar (6 kW / 4 ft open array scanner)

• Garmin GHP20 autopilot (dual station) and Garmin VHF 315

• (3) Raymarine GS125 radar/chartplotter/ with GPS & 3 12.1″ brilliant color

• Raymarine p70R autopilot with rate gyro and 170 color multifunction instruments with dual station autopilot controls and two 170’s at lower helm and one at upper helm 
• Onboard Ethernet network and 4G internet capability

A set of stainless-steel framed sliding doors with an integrated opening window lead to the cockpit where guests can sunbathe on a cushioned twin sunbed, or enjoy a few beverages from the wet bar while seated at the L-shaped settee with teak table. Fire up the electric grill for lunch after a short swim from the bathing platform, or open the garage and launch the tender for an excursion to your own private beach. Venture up to the foredeck of Recovery where you will find an additional seating and sunbathing area with an open view of the water. Quiet included.

Belowdecks is where you will find the galley, which is equipped with a four-zone induction hob combination microwave/convection oven with grill, twin stainless-steel sinks with mixer tap, full height refrigerator/deep freezer with ice maker and dishwasher, enabling owner to prepare almost any type of meal during extended excursions. The galley is easily accessible from the salon, which also allows owners to easily entertain guests.

After a long evening, owners and guests can retire to the lower lounge to relax, or rest in one of Recovery’s two staterooms. The amidships master stateroom has an en suite head, a double berth with drawers below,a  dressing area with table and sofa chair, stowage lockers and additional drawers, giving owners plenty of room in their home away from home. There is also a forepeak VIP.
