SYCARA V's owner is an enthusiastic and experienced yachtsman.

Right from the beginning he had very clear and detailed views on how his yacht should look, and what she should be able to do. He had previously owned a variety of yachts, three of which were drawn by the design legend Jon Bannenberg.

But this time he wanted something altogether different – a powerful and modern yacht design that retained an elegant appearance.

SYCARA V has a solid steel hull…

…and an aluminium super structure made from fiberglass die-cast parts; a NOBISKRUG specialty that allows any shape or size to be formed. This saves weight and construction time. The construction, solid through and through, as well as a sophisticated insulation system, ensure that this superyacht runs extremely silent.

SYCARA V's guests can relax in many ways –

be it in the steam room, the massage room or the Jacuzzi, custom-made by NOBISKRUG and located on the sundeck towards the bow.

Filled with a fantastic array of social and dining areas both inside and out, SYCARA V is designed for entertaining. Although she is a luxurious yacht, SYCARA V has a child-friendly setup.

The luxury continues with a spa, a gym, a deck jacuzzi, and a beach club that is perfect for enjoying a dip in the ocean.

The beach club is an impressive 30 square meters and spacious enough for guests to enjoy the best indoor/outdoor feature of a superyacht.

There are four bars across the main salon, sundeck, owner’s deck, and beach club. For guests to make the most of the entertainment features on the yacht, there is a movie theatre for winding down after a fun-filled day.

The extensive range of toys and water toys includes waterskis, WaveRunners, towable toys, beach games, fishing equipment, and so much more. Guests are entertained at every moment while aboard the striking yacht.

The SYCARA V yacht features an exterior design from Pure Design and was built by Nobiskrug in their German Shipyard.

Delivered in 2010 and refitted in 2017, she has a steel hull and an aluminum GRP superstructure.

The hull is a dark color that makes her appear striking on the water as she cuts through the waves.

Superyacht ‘SYCARA V’ is a 68.16m (223' 7") motor yacht as launched in 2010 by the German shipbuilding yard Nobiskrug. Her naval architecture and engineering were also drawn by Nobiskrug, and the interior and exterior design were created by Craig Beale with interior decoration by Pure Detail, in conjunction with the vessel's owners. SYCARA V is a large full displacement steel private yacht (with aluminum superstructure) which can accommodate 12 guests in 7 cabins.

The key features onboard M/Y SYCARA V, which are worthy of immediate mention, are her huge main saloon, oversized windows for light and sea views, open spacious entertaining areas, stowed toys and tenders for uncluttered outside areas, sundeck gym, spa pool and massage room, aft beach club, a superb forward bridge deck seating area and flexible accommodation layout.

SYCARA V has been designed for spacious and barrier-free living and her main deck is a case in point with its huge 25 meters long open plan main deck dining salon (seating for 12) and library and lounge to forward. The lunge has a home theatre with surround sound and a large L-shaped sofa and game table. The main saloon has two generous sofas. There is a Semi-circular wet bar with Murano glass top / five stools aft of the main salon. Glass topped credenza separates the main salon from wet bar/dining salon aft. Glass pocket doors of the credenza close off aft area allowing fresh air from the main aft deck. The main aft deck features a large U-shaped settee, two large tables, and dining for up to 16 guests.

The middle section of the huge sundeck houses the air-conditioned gym and private massage room. To aft is a semi-circular wet bar and barbeque and forward is a Spa Pool coupled with sun pads and shade by awnings.

The master suite on yacht SYCARA V is situated upon the yacht's bridge deck to aft of the wheelhouse. The suite includes a private office, two relaxing chairs, his and hers bathroom ensuites and a walk-in dressing room and vanity area. The owner's suite also leads to a wonderful private aft deck with four 'love seats' and coffee dining table for 8. There are a further six staterooms for guest accommodation - see below for details. Forward of the wheelhouse is the fantastic outdoor patio viewing area and Portuguese bridge. Here there is a shaded elevated seating just to forward of wheelhouse with three settees & central built-in sun pads.

Custom-built in Germany by the Nobiskrug shipyard, SYCARA V was delivered in 2010 and underwent an extensive refit in 2017. Winner of the displacement motor yacht class at the 2011 World Superyacht Awards, this powerful modern charter yacht cruises at a comfortable 14.5 knots.  Equipped with both an aluminium superstructure and a high-tech stabilisation system, SYCARA V always ensures a smooth onboard experience.

With six luxurious ensuite staterooms, SYCARA V is capable of welcoming up to 12 guests onboard overnight.

Located on the bridge deck, her sumptuous master suite features a private aft terrace, ideal for cocktails or an intimate dinner. Light and open, this chic stateroom comes with a private office, his & hers bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and a vanity unit.

SYCARA V’s magnificent guest staterooms are situated on the lower deck which is connected to the sundeck by an elevator. Extremely flexible in layout, the guest staterooms include a VIP cabin, a double cabin, two family cabins plus a single cabin.

The main saloon of this luxury charter yacht features a large seating area plus a wide-screen TV with a Kaleidescape film/music server. A glass-topped credenza separates the saloon from a semi-circular wet bar and SYCARA V’s formal dining area.

A lounge/library room on the main deck is a great space for relaxing. Equipped with a home theatre with surround sound plus a games console, the whole family will love SYCARA V’s onboard entertainment options. She has an air-conditioned gym on the sundeck with a full range of work-out equipment. She is also equipped with a private massage room and steam shower.

Hot on the heels of the August launch of Nobiskrug’s Jamaica Bay, the sublime 223-foot (68-meter) Sycara V debuted to the world at the Monaco Yacht Show in September. Its sturdy exterior houses an interior that exudes light and a spacious, barrier-free modern flow. Built in steel and aluminum, Sycara V’s go-anywhere exterior styling was a cooperative effort between Nobiskrug’s in-house naval architects and Australian designer Craig Beale of Pure Detail, who also took care of interior design.

Spread out among five decks, with an elevator in between, Sycara V leaves nothing to want. It accommodates 12 guests in a bridge-deck master suite with huge windows and private deck space and five lower-deck staterooms, two of which feature Pullmans. Sycara V also sleeps 17 crew, and space in the extra bridge-deck cabin can be used to accommodate a nanny.

Besides plenty of room for nocturnal rest, Sycara V offers up alfresco lounge space galore. On the sundeck, guests will enjoy movable chairs and the custom eight-person hot tub, as well as the aft barbecue area with bar and stools, plus a convertible coffee/dining table for 12. Shade sails can be moved around to provide sun reprieve to any of these areas. A glassed-in gym and a massage room also share space on the sundeck.

The beach club beckons from way down at water level. Here, guests will discover a bathing-platform/lounging area, bar, and a day head with shower.

On the main deck, the central salon with another bar and the formal dining room share space, but the dining area can be closed off via circular doors or opened to the aft deck. Tucked away in the central salon is a piano, as well as a couple of TVs.

Two garages house two tenders up to 33 feet long, personal watercraft, and a rescue tender.

A pair of Caterpillar 2,100-horsepower engines provides Sycara V with a top speed of 17 knots and a range of more than 5,000 nautical miles, giving the vessel trans-Atlantic capability.

Located on the banks of the Eider River in Rendsburg, Germany, Nobiskrug began building boats in 1905, and in recent years has launched such head-turning megayachts as 777 and Siren. Abu Dhabi Mar acquired the yard in 2009, giving Nobiskrug the funds needed to weather the economic downturn. Stay tuned for the next big launch: the 243-foot Sapphire. ( www.nobiskrug.com )

David and Victoria Beckham cuddle up before boarding lavish $20 million yacht in Miami

David and Victoria Beckham like big boats and they cannot lie.

The soccer player, 48, and the Spice Girls member, 49, traded in their $6.5 million yacht for another one — a ship valued at $20 million.

The lovebirds and their kids, Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12,  were spotted riding on a charter boat to get on their new yacht in Miami on Wednesday.

The fam sported casual looks, with the Beckham patriarch and matriarch both rocking hats and T-shirts.

Their latest yacht is named “Seven” — a reference to Harper’s middle name — and is a  Riva 130 Bellissima boat .

The structure measures 40 meters and 130 feet, and was built in Italy.

The vessel holds five rooms and 10 guests can comfortably fit, with a beach club, Wi-Fi and air conditioning also put on board. According to the Mirror , the lavish yacht boasts a $20 million price tag.

The new luxurious boat was bought by the British footballer in 2022 after staying with longtime friends Elton John and his husband, David Furnish.

An insider told  the Sun  at the time: “David had a look around some yachts in the summer, and decided to treat himself. He helped design the boat himself, and has been incredibly hands-on with everything.”

“It’s not an oligarch-style super-yacht, but it’s still pretty plush by anyone’s standards. He was inspired after holidaying with Elton and David on their boat — and loves life on the water,” the source added.

“There will be an area for the kids to snorkel, and the boat will be a brilliant base for the whole Beckham clan to have magical holidays abroad.”

On Thursday, Victoria posted an Instagram snap of herself tanning aboard the yacht.

She donned a white swimsuit, a black cap from her namesake label and a large diamond rock on her finger.

“Sun protection is everything!! Which is why I can’t get enough of my exclusive VB logo caps. Available now! Kisses xx,” she captioned that photo.

The Beckhams have somewhat called Miami their home for quite some time, as they bought a $24 million apartment several years ago in the area. David is also a co-owner of the Magic City’s MLS team, Inter Miami.

Additionally, the pair own a $40 million townhouse in London — that includes six bedrooms, an indoor pool, a wine cellar, a gym and a nail salon — which they purchased in 2013. The residence is located in the Holland Park area of Kensington, otherwise known as “Millionaire’s Row.”

David and the fashion designer wed in 1999 after meeting at a charity football match two years prior.
