Basistøj er ofte undervurderet – dette er til trods for at simple styles ikke behøver være kedelige. Ofte handler det blot om hvordan man vælger at style dem. At komme online, det er tre tryk og en aflevering så er du online – eller er det? Det kunne da ikke være nemmere end bare vælge den første på Google.

De forskellige typer

Delt hosting.

Der kan være gode ideer i at bruge en delt hostingudbyder. Det er eksempelvis særdeles brugbart hvis du ikke har behov for altid at være den bedste. Det kan sammenholdes med et kollektiv hvor alt deles ligeligt. Hvis en anden CPUen, jamen så må du vente til de er færdige. Den kan ofte bruges til dem der har gør-det-selv projekter og bare vil teste en lille idé af.

Managed Hosting

Alternativet til delt hosting er udbyderne af såkaldt Managed Hosting . Her er der tale om en udbyder har specialiseret sig i lige netop det CMS-system som du bruger, og de har sikret at serveren har alt den kapacitet du har behov for, for at tingene sker hurtigt. Managed Hosting udbyderne er også oftest specialister i caching af data, således din hjemmeside kan vises uden at skulle spørge databasen først.

Forskellige udbydere

I danmark er der en række forskellige udbydere af Managed Hosting. Der er blandt andet Dual Host og GMEngine . De er begge relativt nye i markedet men har vist gode resultater i forskellige tests af løsningerne.

Dual Host har været igang lidt længere tid end GMEngine, og er tilføjet på lidt flere lister over danske internetudbydere. GMEngine ser i stedet ud til at forsøge sig på den internationale scene og konkurrere mere med sådan nogle som WPEngine, HostGator og den type konkurrenter.

Det bliver virkelig spændende at følge begge udbydere de næste par år og se hvem der vinder markedet.…

Her er lige et par vigtige punkter du bør have med i dine overvejelser før der vælges tribuner til dit arrangement.

Leje af tribuner tjek liste

• Er de tribuner du lejer godkendte i Danmark
• ER der kontrol papir på de tribuner som det pågældende firma udlejer
• Hvordan ser det ud med levering af tribuner i din landsdel
• Har det firma du overvejer at leje tribuner af gode anmeldelser på nettet
• Har firmaet den strøelse tribune som passer til dit event
• Hvordan ser der ude men leje prisen af tribuner er de dyre eller er prisem rimelig

Der er rigtig mange ting man skal gøre sig klar på før man bare springer ud i at leje en tribuner om det så er en mobiltribune eller en almindelig stor tribune.

Alarmer: hvordan de fungerer, og hvordan de konfigureres

Hvad gør du, hvis en indbrudstyv er i dit hjem på samme tid som dig? Du skjuler dig og håber ikke at blive fanget og er musestille. Det betyder ingen opkald til politiet. Hvis du har en lydløs alarm sat op, kan du være heldig. Du kan trykke på panikknappen for at alarmmyndigheder uden sirenen kommer ud til dit hus. Eller, et skræmmende scenario, indbrudstyven har fundet dig og fortalte dig at slukke alarmen. Du kan indtaste den udgående kode for at slå sirenen fra, men den fortsætter med at advare myndighederne. Find ud af, hvordan du får denne opsætning, og hvorfor det er så vigtigt.

Hvordan fungerer en alarm?

Tænk tilbage til, den bankrøveri-film, du har set, og hvordan en bankmedarbejder trykkede på alarm knappen under skrivebordet. Bingo. Det er den lydløse alarm! For at forklare yderligere, når du først får dit sikkerhedssystem, er der en chance for, at det ikke er konfigureret med funktionen lydløs alarm slået til. Typisk når et system udløses, er der en tildelt mængde tid for dig at slukke for systemet (hvis det er en falsk alarm), eller hvis det er en faktisk ubuden gæst, alarmen vil lyde og skræmme den ubuden gæst væk. Lydløse alarmer arbejder dog forskelligt. Tyverialarmer af god kvalitet fra Miraca.

En lydløs alarm er en advarsel sendt til overvågningsstationen eller lokale myndigheder uden at udsende en høj sirene i dit hus. Der er to grunde til, at en lydløs alarm kan udløses fra dit hjem (hvis du har indstillet lydløs alarm): ved at trykke på en panikknap eller indtaste en kode.

Hvad gør en panikknap?

Når der trykkes på en panikknap, kommer myndighederne til dit hjem med det samme i stedet for at ringe til din telefon først, som de gør med en typisk alarmvarsel. Dette kan være livreddende, hvis en indbrudstyv er i dit hjem. Du kan trykke på knappen for at advare myndigheder om hjælp straks uden at advare den kriminelle.

Hvorfor er lydløse alarmer ikke konfigureret med det samme?

Nogle sikkerhedsfirmaer har faktisk en lydløs alarm oprettet, når du først køber dit alarmsystem; men andre gør ikke. Dette er typisk, fordi tvangskoden kan forveksles med den rigtige adgangskode eller panikknappen kan trykkes ved et uheld, og alarmselskaber ønsker at undgå forvirring. Antag f. eks., at du konfigurerer din normale adgangskode som 5067, og at adgangskoden til lydløs alarm er 7605. Du glemte at afvæbne dit system, før du forlod dit hus og overvågningsudbyderen ringede til dig og bad om din pinkode. Du gav dem ved et uheld den tavse alarm adgangskode 7605 og politiet dukke op i dit hjem. Det er godt at få ørene i maskinen og lære om dit system, så du ikke udløser en lydløs alarm uden selv at vide, at du har gjort det. Det er vigtigt at tale med dit alarmfirma for at afgøre, om din alarm kommer med en forudindstillet tvangskode.

Hvordan indstiller man en lydløs alarm?

Vi foreslår, at du ikke indstiller din tavse alarm, før du er fortrolig med dit system. Hvor længe er det præcis? Tja, det afhænger af så meget. Nogle af os tilpasser os til nye gadgets hurtigere end andre. Når du har installeret dit system, og du er begyndt at bruge det, skal du markere din kalender en måned fra den pågældende dag for at se, hvordan du konfigurerer en lydløs alarm. Når den dag kommer, hvis du ikke er komfortabel nok med dit system, skal du indstille en påmindelse igen i en anden måned. Når den dag kommer, skal du finde ud af, hvordan du konfigurerer din lydløse alarm. Typisk kan du indstille din lydløse alarm op i en online portal eller over telefonen.

Lydløse alarmer kan være livreddende i tilfælde af en nødsituation. Hvis en ubuden gæst er i dit hjem, en lydløs alarm kan hjælpe dig med at få nødhjælp uden at sætte dit liv på spil. Hver virksomhed har forskellige processer til opsætning af lydløse alarmer, så sørg for at undersøg sagen, så du sætter din op korrekt.

Det var ikke lige til når det skulle findes en elektriker der ku hjælpe med belysningen i havnen. De fleste elektriker i Kbh har travlt eller er voldsomt dyre. Vi vi anbefale en elektriker og låsesmed som vi brugt os af nu. Og det er Norh døgnvagt elektriker Kbh.

At Faurby we don’t make our yachts the easy way, we make them the right way and we pay attention to every detail on board. Each yacht’s interior is handmade – every piece of wood is cut by a person, not a computer. If you want a berth 15cm (6 in) longer, we can do that. Need more headroom?

We can lower the floor and increase the height of the topsides in the mould, just for you. Because our master craftsmen are not bound by the easiest or most cost-effective way of building boats, we can offer you a unique sailing boat.

Located on the northern tip of Denmark on the North Sea, luxury yacht builder Danish Yachts draws on the local regions vast maritime heritage to design and craft its leisure and commercial vessels.

Notable Danish Yachts

Among superyacht shipyard Danish Yachts’ most acclaimed sailing yachts is the 41.55m Ranger , a contemporary replica of the original J -Class yacht design by Sparkman & Stephens . The new Ranger , which the shipyard launched in 2003, was constructed utilising updated composite materials as well as steel. Notable motor yacht builds include Danish Yachts’ new 40m QuadraDeck , designed by Cor D Rover and Moon Goddess , an Espen Oino design, measuring 35.05 metres.

Royal Denship Yachts

Royal Denship Yachts is a very well respected luxury superyacht builder, based in Denmark, Europe . The company creates motor yachts, expedition yachts and sailing yachts as well as superb tenders and production type luxury yachts. Their goal is to produce luxury yachts of uncompromising quality, custom-built in composite, steel, aluminium, and high-performance fibre epoxy reinforced laminate, and this they achieve. Royal Denship has gathered a unique combination of computerisation, automation, and highly skilled craftsmen to build yachts for the new millennium.

Royal Denship custom-built motor yachts are world re-known for craftsmanship and modern yacht technology. The yachts are traditionally strong expedition type explorer yachts made for long range nautical adventures. Working with six Danish shipyards, Royal Denship enables luxury yacht buyers to have a yacht ready for launch within only 18 to 24 months from conception.

All of the shipyards in the Royal Denship family offer outstanding craftsmanship, state of-the-art technology, and modern working environments. The fiberglass production yards all have temperature and humidity controls. Among Royal Denship’s partners are Assens Shipyard, Danyard Aalborg Yachts, Fredericia Shipyard, Tuco Yacht Vaerft and Aarhus Shipyards. Each yard is similarly respected name in yacht building.

Fredericia Shipyard is the largest new build and repair yard in Denmark and is located on the East Coast of Jutland with direct approach from the Kattegat. Under the leadership and ownership of the family through three generations, the yard has expanded from a small boat builders yard into a large, modern, and efficient new build and repair yard able to meet any requirements.

Assens Shipyard which dates back to the 1900s is a highly qualified shipyard, widely experienced in both new builds and repairs. The yard’s new build experience includes trawlers, ferries, passenger ships, tugs, and special construction such as luxury yachts.

Danyard Aalborg designs and builds super yachts and naval ships primarily in composite materials, specifically fiber reinforced plastic-sandwich and builds corvettes, cruise ships, and ocean patrol vessels. Danyard Aalborg has further developed these skills through the construction of fast catamaran ferries built in aluminum, through a comprehensive range of ships built in composite materials for the Royal Danish Navy, and through the construction of super yachts – such as the Royal Denship 125 Classic, and the Royal Denship 135 Classic.

TUCO specializes in the building of custom made composite super yachts as well as sailing yachts, development of plugs and moulds for new builds, and a highly efficient production of standard yachts as well as maintenance and refit work.

Aarhus Shipyard Ltd. is a modern shipyard centrally situated in the heart of the Port of Aarhus.

258 Pegasus V (ex  Princess Mariana ) The 258' Pegasus V is a twin screw, displacement type, ocean going yacht constructed of welded steel and aluminium with six watertight compartments. Luxury Sailing Yachts: Royal Denship 110 Sloop The Royal Denship 110 Sloop is designed by Tony Castro . The hull and superstructure is in steel and the mast and boom is state-of-the-art carbon fibre designed by High Modulus . Sailing Yacht Aventura S/Y Aventura is a composite sloop rigged sailing vessel. The naval architect and interior designer is Fontaine Design Group . S/Y Aventura was launched in the summer 2005. Sailing superyacht Ranger S/Y Ranger is a replica of the famous America's Cup boat Ranger who won the America's Cup Trophee in 1937. Expedition (Explorer) Yachts: Royal Denship 153 Expedition The 153 Expedition Yacht is a twin-screw expedition yacht. The naval architect is Ole Steen Knudsen, Denmark, and the interior designer is Ole Rune Design, Denmark. Royal Denship 206 Expedition The Royal Denship 206 Expedition yacht is designed by Ole Steen Knudsen, Denmark. The vessel is built of steel and the overwhelming interior is done by Ole Rune Design, Denmark. Royal Denship 209 Expedition - Turmoil The 209 Expedition Yacht. The naval architect is Ole Steen Knudsen, Denmark, and the interior designer is Ole Rune Design, Denmark. Royal Denship 125 Expedition The Royal Denship 225 Expedition yacht is designed by Design Big and Royal Denship, Denmark. The vessel is built in GRP and the interior is designed by Royal Denship, Denmark. The Royal Denship New Range: 82 Open , 85 Flybridge, 105 Open, 105 Tri-deck, 120 Tri-deck.

Södergren Yachts was founded in 1972, Stockholm, Sweden, by  Håkan Södergren. A well-known designer of high performance cruisers and leisure powerboats, as well as multiple successful sail racing yachts.  ​ The company early became one of Scandinavia’s leading yacht design firms in cooperation with some of the most well-known boat builders in Scandinavia, Northern Europe and USA. Thousands of successful  production line boats and multiple of one-off sail racers and cruisers  designed by Södergren Yachts have been built and can be seen all around the world today.

Håkan Södergren's designs are known as state of the art in the combination of style, beauty and performance. The unique combination has become a signature of his designs. 

Today, Håkan works together with his son, Oscar Södergren. Oscar comes to the table with fresh ideas and a modern way to look at the design process, new materials and creative solutions. Together with Håkan's lifetime of experiences, they have completed several innovative designs, like the Shogun 50 and Shogun 43.

SUPERCLASSIC 110

The latest design from Södergren Yachts is a 110ft classic superyacht. After having received several requests if we are interested in designing a larger classic boat, Södergren has started drawing a preliminary proposal. The Superclassic 110 has traditional aesthetics and a modern underwater hull and sail plan.

When once you didn’t have children or grandchildren, maybe now you do, or perhaps your family have grown up and flown the nest.

At True Boat Builders we want your yacht to evolve with you. It could be something simple like the installation of the latest autopilot, the renewal or replacement of deck fittings, maybe something a bit more complex like converting a no-longer-needed cabin into an area that suits your needs better. True Boat Builders are here for you.

As we build Faurby, Nordship and Nordic Cruisers, there is no one better placed or who knows these yacht as well as we do. If you own another high-quality brand of yacht, we can still help. If you’re thinking of adding a stern thruster, we know the best place to install it. If you’d like a multi-function display at the helm we can fit it with the least disruption, – or perhaps you’re thinking of upgrading your ageing NMEA0183 network to the latest NMEA2000 and CANbus digital power distribution. There are many reasons for a custom refit, such as a change of ambition or circumstances – whatever they are, we’re here to discuss what you’d like. We can rebuild the areas of the boat into spaces that better suit your needs: convert a cabin into an office, redesign the navigation station, modify the yacht’s stowage solutions or create new ones – our skilled Danish craftsmen have many years of boatbuilding experience.

It’s a fact of life that everyone makes mistakes. If a manoeuvring misdemeanour or a lapse in navigation has left your yacht looking sorry for herself, or she has scars to show from another’s faux pas, don’t worry. We don’t just build yachts, we can repair them to as-new condition too. Hopefully the damage won’t be too bad, but we know every inch of your yacht, so if you want the perfect hull repair, capping rail replaced or a new pulpit, we are best placed to do the repair for you.

Nothing lasts forever and technology improves every season. Instruments become obsolete – the job that was done by three instruments can now be done by one. Equipment wears out and new equipment is invented to improve the experience of sailing. You may want to make manoeuvring easier by installing a retractable bow thruster, make sailing less work by adding electric winches or replace fading old instruments with bright, clear new ones.

We can help you improve not only her appearance but also her performance. You may have given up some windward performance for a shoal-draught keel, but now ocean cruising beckons and a deep keel would be a greater benefit. Or perhaps you’re returning from world cruising and a deep keel will now become a hindrance. You may be surprised at what we can achieve through our renovations.

We can do the small jobs like replacing worn and damaged floorboards or bigger jobs like hull painting, replacing or even adding a new teak deck. If you’d like to keep your yacht in Denmark or have a desire to explore the Baltic we have berths available in Fredericia where not only will your yacht be safely moored, we’ll also look after her. We’ll make sure the batteries are always fully charged and ensure that she’s kept clean on the outside and dry on the inside. Moisture can quickly ruin upholstery and woodwork, so if you’re unable to visit your yacht as often as you might like, we can do it for you. Denmark offers sailors a wonderful, tide-free cruising ground so whether you’re collecting your new boat from us or passing through the country and need to leave your boat for a while, we are happy to help.
