As the northernmost and largest island in the Florida Keys, Elliot Key was once used a refuge for pirates and today it is home to Biscayne National Park, with its lush vegetation and amazing beaches that offer both remarkable solitude and spectacular vistas – along with a variety of exotic birds and butterflies. You can also explore the island by kayak – there are many hidden lagoons, mangrove-covered shorelines, and winding creeks to discover. What’s more, you can enjoy your own catch for dinner after a day of capturing fish, lobster, or crab.
Key Largo is considered the “Diving Capital of the World”, with plenty of scuba diving, snorkeling, and sport-fishing options for avid enthusiasts – what’s more, it is located near the Everglades, allowing for easy access for kayaking and eco-tourism as well. It is the home of the only living coral barrier reef in the continental United States, and enjoys more than three thousand hours of sunshine per year, making it perhaps the quintessential island vacation destination.
Named after the original settlers’ boat the “Island Home” and now nicknamed the “Village of the Islands”, Islamorada is home to many notable residents (including Major League Baseball players Ted Williams and Miguel Cabera as well as actor Gene Hackman), this is one of the more serene island destinations in the Florida Keys as well as one of the world’s premier fishing destinations. Luxury resorts, shops, and art galleries are part of the Islamorada scene, but there are plenty of beaches that offer more solitude.
With less than two hundred residents, Duck Key is perhaps the closest version of a deserted island that’s still easily accessible from the contiguous U.S. With world class fishing and sandy beaches, the island is also home to a luxurious spa and offers the opportunity for visitors to swim with dolphins.
Newfound Harbour not only offers spectacular scenery, it is home to the Florida Keys Sanctuary preservation area, which is partially located within the Coupon Bight Aquatic Preserve. The amazing sea life that visitors to the island will enjoy includes star corals and giant brain corals – perfect for amateur or inexperienced divers since these are located within in depths of 18 feet or less. Angelfish, butterflyfish, surgeonfish, damsels, wrasses, grunts, snappers, and parrotfish swim alongside the occasional grouper, along with many other types of fish that you’ll find colorful, striking, and unusual.
Along with some of the most interesting coral reefs in the world, Newfound Harbour is home to a sheltered tropical lagoon that serves as an oasis for a wide range of wildlife, including the tiny Florida Key deer, wading birds, and sea turtles.
Taking a little time to leave it all behind in Key West may be the ultimate form of relaxation – particularly if you happen to visit during one of the island’s most distinctive festivals (The annual Fantasy Fest held in October is the most famous). There’s excellent opportunities for scuba diving and snorkeling around the coral reefs and shipwrecks in the nearby waters, including the recently sunk USNS Gen. Hoyt S. Vandenberg, which created an artificial reef.
However, the island’s unique National Parks and wildlife refuges are perhaps the most interesting (at least for nature buffs), and the nightlife in general is not to be missed, with a variety of options that range from casual tropical dives to trendy nightclubs. All in all, Key West is the perfect culmination to your customized trip through the Florida Keys.

Once you confirm your reservation, your broker will process your payment.
- If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
- If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
- If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.
Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

DAY TO DAY ITINERARY
Day one biscayne bay & south beach.
Embark in Miami and settle into your private yacht charter Florida Keys journey. Cruise around Biscayne Bay and along the Intracoastal Waterway, gliding past stunning celebrity mansions and legendary hotels on Fisher Island, Palm Island and Hibiscus Island. Biscayne Bay National Park is a vast marine reserve, extending to the northernmost Keys with reefs, sandbars and iconic Stiltsville, a group of pastel-coloured, stilted huts, only reachable by yacht. Spend the night in harbour at South Beach with the opportunity to experience the best of vibrant Miami nightlife with some of the best bars and nightclubs to be found.
Day Two the keys
Cruise south towards the Florida Keys on your luxury Florida Keys yacht charter. Along the way, enjoy a variety of watersports such as waterskiing, wakeboarding and diving. Dolphins are often sighted and there may be the chance to snorkel with these gentle mammals. Anglers will also be delighted by the great fishing - the best catches are found out in the open sea with 600 species populating the waters.
Day Three key largo
The self-proclaimed dive capital of the world, Key Largo has a wealth of diving and snorkeling opportunities on the huge coral reef. If you wish to explore ashore, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, specifically some excellent golfing plus a wide range of shopping and superb restaurants. Two state parks, a national park plus a national marine sanctuary ensure that Key Largo is a wildlife haven. America’s first underwater park - John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park - provides an amazing array of underwater sea life and colourful coral. As the sun sets, tender out to Indian Key, where you can watch the colours fade from the sky on this stunning natural key.
Day Four key west
In the early morning, cruise to Key West on your private yacht charter in the Florida Keys. Experience the world-famous Keys hospitality on this tropical island getaway. As the southernmost point in the continental US, Key West boasts clear blue skies and fabulous weather. During the day, enjoy watersports and fishing in the azure waters – and head ashore for golf or to visit the Ernest Hemingway Museum. Once the sun sets - get ready to truly begin your Key West experience. Head to Mallory Square for Sunset Celebrations, an impromptu event that just so happens to take place every day of the week! Mingle with musicians, jugglers, and mime artists as you stroll around past sidewalk cafes, open-air bars and elegant restaurants. This cool, funky vibe is what Key West is all about.
Day Five the marquesas keys
Further west, cruise to the tranquil Marquesas Keys, a circular group of ten uninhabited islands, surrounded by pristine waters, home to corals and mangroves. This is a great opportunity to venture out by kayak and explore the fascinating environment up close on your Florida Keys yacht charter. Spend the afternoon with the water toys and diving wrecks and reefs, before relaxing on deck with a cocktail in hand to watch the notoriously breath-taking sunset.
Day Six the keys
Starting the return trip on your curated Florida Keys itinerary, enjoy breakfast al fresco to soak up the stunning scenery. Take time out to stop at some of the smaller Keys that were not visited along the way. Cruise past the Saddlebunch Keys – a group of mesmerising mangrove islands, spot Loggerhead turtles nesting at Coco Plum Beach and consider a visit to Islamorada for the diving museum, state park and dolphin encounters.
Day Seven miami
After a leisurely morning cruise, arrive back in the coastal resort of Miami to disembark from your memorable Florida Keys yacht charter. Perhaps conclude your trip with a visit to the Art Deco district of diverse Miami Beach, boasting eclectic architecture and a thriving arts centre.
