When not under sail, her Caterpillar C32 ACERT 1,400-brake-horsepower engine propel her to a maximum and cruising speeds of 14 and 12 knots, while her fixed bulb keel ensures stability. HUGE EXTERIOR AREAS

The enormous deck areas of OHANA offer many options to enjoy the alfresco life. The aft cockpit offers a large sunbathing area with sun pads, perfect for lounging in the Mediterranean sun before descending the stern stairs to the swimming platform. From here, guests can slide in the water to cool off, enjoy the tranquility of a quiet snorkel, or make use of OHANA’s extensive collection of dive gear including a dive compressor to explore deeper underwater (rendezvous diving only). Guests can also make use of the onboard windsurfs, paddleboards, and dinghies, and take lessons from the onboard instructors. The large sofas and coffee tables of the flybridge are perfect for gathering and enjoying a coffee or relaxing in the early evening with a drink. The alfresco dining area of the main deck is perfect for formal or informal meals, with sheltered sides enabling guests to enjoy the sea air whatever the weather.

ELEGANT LIVING

OHANA’s high-performance does not forgo the elegance and luxury of a superyacht charter. The neutral palette of interior areas creates an atmosphere of understated decadence while sumptuously comfortable furnishings invite guests to sink in and enjoy the serenity. The stunning black marble table in the main salon is perfect for elegant dinners prepared by OHANA’s excellent chef; after which, guests can retire to the sofas of the main salon to enjoy a digestif from the bar or gather for relaxed movie nights with the cinema setup. The five staterooms on board OHANA include a full-beam master, two doubles, and four singles. Up to ten guests are accommodated on board, cared for by OHANA’s experienced crew of eight. All staterooms all feature en-suites and are lavishly decorating in keeping with the interior décor of OHANA.

With three fully-equipped wet bars, a central open-concept galley, and seamless flow between the yacht’s interior and exterior spaces, Ohana creates a perfect platform to host guests comfortably. Classy lines underscore her modern style with a classic edge. The contemporary decor finds softness in the warm, light woods and coastal blues of her inviting interior. Her bold exterior boasts a custom color hull.

A vast, central lounging space with a panoramic view opens both onto the bow terrace and cockpit. The bow benefits from a cozy lounge, well shielded from sun and wind. To the aft, the saloon merges with the spacious cockpit offering a lovely al fresco dining area. The cockpit overlooks an extra large hydraulic platform that can act as a swim-up island once the jet tender is splashed. From the aft bathing platform, you can launch water toys, try scuba diving for the first time or sun tan all at sea-level. All the areas combined form a universal, open environment where flexibility and freedom reign.

Ohana has a built in scuba diving compressor and an area designated to tanks and top-of-the-line gear. Four Seabobs are also on offer along with a wide array of water toys and adventure sports to try.

Unique to Ohana, a day-head is located in the aft cockpit to allow for maximum comfort during the day. The day head is complete with a wash basin and changing table for our younger guests. In addition, there are two waterfall shower heads by each aft sugar scoop for fresh water rinses throughout the sunny, salty days. Underwater lights line the waterline for an added ambiance in the evening.

High bulwarks and a large beam lend to the superstructure design allowing for a generous flybridge and bimini that extends its full length. Along with dual helms, the flybridge is dedicated to leisure, with comfortable seating, plush sunpads, and a large jacuzzi. There are options to dine al fresco while enjoying movie night with the family or catch a game on the large, retractable flatscreen TV while simultaneously enjoying a 360 view of the Caribbean.

The hulls provide impressive volumes to this large yacht. Airy, luxurious guest cabins encompass king-size beds, roomy closets and storage spaces, retractable TV and an immense bathroom. A perfect setting to unwind and relax after a long day in the sun.

Cory’s passion for water sports started at a young age while growing up on the Chesapeake Bay a few miles from Annapolis, Maryland – the US sailing capital. He has over 20 years of experience skippering, racing, teaching and captaining sailboats and is excited to show anyone the ins and out of the sport. He has been cruising the Caribbean since the early 2000’s aboard large sailing catamarans and can share his extensive knowledge of the islands, restaurants and culture with you. Cory was the captain on a Sunreef 60 the past four seasons and is excited to learn the ins and outs of Ohana as the mate.

Emily comes from a family of charter boat captains. She was taught from a young age everything about the boating industry and conservation, while being raised on Tybee Island, Georgia. Emily has always had an extreme passion for being on the water and outdoor activities. As a certified yoga instructor, she has taught many practices on the beach, stand up paddle boards and sailboats. Emily has more than 20 years experience in the service industry. She has spent the past five years creating exquisite meals on large catamarans in the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands. As your stew, she will provide wine and cocktails paired to every occasion while making your experience a fun, safe environment.

If you’re interested in adding yoga into your sailing vacation, Emily will be happy to offer three complementary yoga sessions on the boat, beach or stand up paddleboards.

This crew’s strong background in water safety and background in scuba diving makes them capable of providing an extra level of security to all of their guests.

Chef Nikolaj’s menus focus on featuring local items in a creative and sophisticated way. This means fresh-farmed eggs, hand picked microgreens, and island-farmed vegetables when available. Local hot sauces, inspired infused flavors and supporting local every chance we get. 

Breads and baked goods are all made in the galley or sourced from local bakeries. He uses organic and high quality ingredients. Ohana supports keeping sustainability a priority when selecting meats and fish for our guests. 

Dietary requirements and preferences can be met with advance notice. We are happy to accommodate everyone from picky eaters to those on medical diets. Most menu options can be served in a gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian or pescetarian modification easily. Certain diets require high-cost provisioning and may be subject to an additional cost. 

Menus and planned meals are subject to change at any time due to remote provisioning restrictions, guest requests, sailing plans or at the chef’s discretion. 

For celebrations requiring special items, themed decoration or large dessert requests, the guests may be asked to take Happy Hour on shore to give the crew time to set up, set the mood, and aim for a beautiful surprise. Please give advance notice for celebration cakes. 

If your group is interested in starting their morning off with a yoga session from one of our two yoga instructors onboard, Ohana offers a special option…

Movement | Meditate | Mmmmmm

This option allows guests to start their morning with fresh squeezed juices, infused water, and coffee. Guests can then enjoy a guided 60 or 90 minute yoga flow, a short meditation focusing on the movement of water and breathwork, then a nutritious smoothie for breakfast and a ginger-tumeric immunity booster!

This option is great for those who feel three meals, including a three-course dinner and snacks, a day is too much or who would like to be mindful about their health while on vacation. OM and YUM in paradise!

The 46.94m/154' motor yacht 'Star Diamond' (ex. Roxana) was built by Admiral Marine Works at their Port Angeles shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Donald Starkey and she was completed in 1998. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Donald Starkey and she was last refitted in 2022.

Star Diamond has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Her features include underwater lights, gym, deck jacuzzi, WiFi and air conditioning.

Range & Performance

Star Diamond is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512 DITA) 1,650hp engines running at 1600rpm, she comfortably cruises at 17 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range of up to 3,600 nautical miles from her 47,763 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. An advanced stabilisation system on board promises exceptional comfort levels at anchor or on any voyage. Her water tanks store around 1,850 Gallons of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.

The heart of Ohana’s warmth lies in her cabins, where luxury meets comfort in a symphony of design. Each cabin is a private retreat, featuring sumptuous beds draped in the softest linens, panoramic windows or bulleyes offering views of the endless blue, and en-suite bathrooms that offer a spa-like escape. Whether waking to the gentle lapping of waves or falling asleep to the starlit sky, guests find in each cabin a haven, a whisper of the ocean’s serene lullaby.

Up to 38 guests can be accommodated in Ohana’s 18 cabins. They are divided into 12 double, four twin and two triple cabins. Each cabin comes with its own private ensuite bathroom and toiletries, a flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, a safe box, surround system and air-conditioning.

The Selene 36 Ocean Trawler features a level of luxury normally only found in larger yachts but in a size and price range that is affordable. This roomy full displacement coastal cruiser has a tri-cabin layout that comfortably accommodates four in two separate staterooms with in-suite heads.

The Selene 36 has a large gourmet galley with abundant storage, an island master berth, a separate master shower and a spacious guest stateroom with a large V- berth forward. Her interior is elegantly finished in solid teak joinery with polished jade granite counter surfaces and Grohe stainless steel fixtures. On the outside, the Selene 36 has a graceful hull sheer and salty cabin lines due to her forward raked wheelhouse windows; a design feature commonly found on commercial vessels.

She is built with all the same quality and robust construction of her larger Selene sisters. With an actual LOA of 41’8”, she is the biggest “36-footer” on the market. This Selene 36 is equipped with the optional 330 HP Cummins QSB 5.9 liter diesel, Side Power 8 HP Bow and Stern Thrusters, a Muir HR 1200 electric anchor windlass and a Nick Jackson Davit system for stowing the tender.

Salon here are four large opening windows in the Salon that make it feel light and airy for dining, entertaining and enjoying the passing scenery. Passage Maker magazine quotes "AN ENGINE ROOM THAT EARNS HIGH MARKS" in a recent article covering this 36/40 boat series. A $50 million private island that's a 10-minute boat ride off the coast of Florida just hit the market. Take a look.

• A 7-acre private island off Florida's coast is on sale for $50 million.
• Black's Island has a private resort with 26 waterfront bungalows.
• The owner is open to selling the entire island or some of the bungalows, starting at $1.5 million.

If owning a private island is a personal dream for you, you're in luck — a 7-acre private island located just 3 miles off the coast of Florida just hit the market and could be all yours for $50 million.

Black's Island is located in Saint Joseph Bay and just south of Port St. Joe on Florida's panhandle. The island was named for Samuel "Black Sam" Bellamy, who is known as the wealthiest pirate in history.

The island hosts its own private resort, complete with 26 waterfront bungalows as well as common areas like a clubhouse, cabana, and pool, according to the sale listing. The structures are connected via an elevated boardwalk that runs along the center of the island.

From the dock on the mainland, the Panama City Beach International Airport is an hour-and-twenty-minute drive away. A smaller airport for those flying in on a private jet is only 25 minutes away.

"You're only 3 miles off the mainland, and you seriously feel like you're in the islands," Lori Bembry Weldon, one of the listing brokers at Jon Kohler & Associates, told Business Insider, adding, "It's really super cool. There's just nothing like it on the coast of Florida that's available."

If you can't quite swing the $50 million price tag, you may still have a chance to get a slice of the island life .

In addition to listing the entire island for sale, the owner has also listed several of the individual bungalows . Weldon said the owner, Atlanta developer Scott Seymour, is open to selling the entire island or just some of the bungalows — so it will ultimately depend on what potential buyers are interested in.

In this scenario, Weldon said the setup would be similar to a condo homeowners' association. The bungalows, which start at $1.5 million, would be purchased under a 99-year lease, and there would be a $25,000-a-year HOA fee to cover taxes, insurance, repairs, and utilities, including upkeep for all the common areas.

Weldon also said in the case of individual bungalow sales, pre-approved title insurance and lenders have already been set up, so potential buyers would not have to worry about getting insurance — an increasing problem in Florida .

The bungalows, which were first built in 2009, were remodeled when Seymour bought the island in 2018. Weldon said that in addition to renting out the bungalows, he also frequently spends time on the island.

Seymour is also currently building a $20 million hotel on the mainland where anyone who purchases a bungalow will be able to park. The hotel is also set to be named after the infamous pirate and will be called The Bellamy.

Captain Lee Regrets Firing 1 Person From ‘Below Deck’ — But ‘Not for the Reason You Might Think’

Captain Lee Rosbach doesn’t have many regrets about his time on Below Deck , but there is one person he wishes he hadn’t let go.

“[I fired] everyone that deserved it. I think the most I fired was four in one season,” Lee, 74, joked during the Thursday, April 25, episode of T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach ‘s “Amy and T.J.” podcast . “But there’s only one person that I fired and I did regret it. But not for the reasons you might think.”

Lee named Andrew Sturby from season 2 as the only crew member he feels bad about dismissing.

“He had embellished his resume, which is another word for lying. And he was such a nice kid and he tried so hard,” the captain recalled. “But in a million years, he was never going to get it. To me, you have to get it in order to function on a mega yacht.”

Lee continued: “He did [have a good heart]. And I said, ‘Andrew, this is really breaking my heart and I hate to do this to you. But you are just too much of a risk and I don’t have the time to really train you.’ When what I really meant was, ‘If I had a million years, you would never get it.’”

Despite wishing Andrew’s time on Honor ended differently, Lee stood behind his other onscreen firings .

“I think that is the only one I actually regret. There were quite a few that I enjoyed and I really did,” Lee added. “There’s something gratifying about being able to dish out to some people who desperately deserve what they have coming. I don’t feel bad about it one iota.”

Andrew’s skills as a deckhand were doubted when he appeared on the show in 2014. He raised red flags when he didn’t know basic boat knowledge — including that portholes shouldn’t be opened while out at sea.

Andrew eventually admitted to Lee that he lied on his resume and didn’t have any past experience on yachts. He was given a chance to prove his worth, but it didn’t work out, and the captain ultimately fired him.

“I wasn’t surprised the crew wanted me to be let go. I would have wanted the same, had I been in their position,” Andrew told BravoTV during a 2014 interview. “The Ohana [boat] was no place for someone who was not used to intensive labor jobs to cut their teeth on. There is too much to be done with too little time to adjust to the demanding work setting and to learn the job. In my defense, had I been a lot less anxious, I could have adapted more quickly.”

Andrew is far from the only person whose resume was called into question on the reality show. The most recent season of Below Deck Mediterranean , which aired earlier this year, introduced viewers to bosun Ruan Irving , who was flagged for submitting a “not certified” medical license.

While waiting for his original documents to be sent to the boat, Captain Sandy Yawn was alerted that Ruan’s Yachtmasters had someone else’s photo attached to it. Ruan promised to clear up his paperwork issues , but he never came back.

After the episode aired, Sandy said on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in October 2023 that she thought Ruan knew his documents were forged. “I have not [spoken with him],” she told a fan during the aftershow. “No, [I wouldn’t work with him]. Not in a million years. No, sorry.”
