The 31.9-metre Swan sailing yacht Selena has been listed for sale with Georges Bourgoignie of Fraser and Nautor Swan Brokerage.

Selena is a Swan 105 RS model commissioned by an experienced owner and delivered in 2014. She has a clean deck layout free of sheets and deck hardware with captive winches, a self-tacking jib, mainsheet point on bimini and the tender stored in a recessed well.

A fixed carbon Bimini top protects the cockpit from the elements with a retractable sun shade, removable side curtains and a forward glass panel, able to slide continuously from closed to completely open. 

An interior in hand-rubbed, satin-finished mahogany accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, double and two twins, all with Apple television screens and en-suite shower facilities. The master suite benefits from direct access to the swim platform which serves as a private terrace, while the fourth cabin can also double as a captain’s berth.

A raised main saloon houses a U-shaped sofa with a dining table and a secondary lounge space opposite complete with a trio of Fendi sofas. There are cabinets with storage for crockery, cutlery and glasses, as well as a small sliding desk.

She has a carbon mast and furling boom by Southern Spars, with a wardrobe of 3Di sails from North Sails (the mainsail was replaced in 2020 and the owners took delivery of a new gennakker in 2022). Other upgrades include new cockpit cushions, covers and sail covers, which were replaced in 2022.

Under power, a 330hp Cummins engine gives this sailing yacht for sale a range of up to 2,800 nautical miles.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Swan 105 SELENA was commissioned by an experienced owner who sought a modern performance cruiser utilizing the very latest technology while maintaining a high level of comfort and the ability to sail with minimal crew. Nautor Swan was chosen as the builder and the design is a unique collaboration of Frers Naval Architecture and Beiderbeck Design. Drawing on a long and successful experience, Frers developed a hull form and sail plan that allowed for excellent performance and sea keeping abilities while Beiderbeck implemented their forward-thinking expertise to create an innovative arrangement that maximizes volume and comfort on deck and throughout the interior.

Combining the very best materials and craftsmanship, Nautor Swan constructed the hull in carbon/E-glass SPRINT composite and the interior is mainly finished in satin mahogany. The carbon mast and furling boom were supplied by Southern Spars and 3Di sails from North Sails. All systems have been supplied by the leading manufacturers. 

SELENA features a bright and spacious cockpit area with mahogany finished seating and dining area adjacent to the twin helm positions. A fixed carbon cockpit bimini provides protection from the elements with retractable sun shade, removable side curtains and a forward glass panel, able to slide continuously from closed to completely open, while the integrated mainsheet point allows a walkthrough cockpit arrangement. Under sail, the yacht can be managed by a small crew and maneuvers are facilitated by a complete push-button sail and rigging controls.

When stepping below from the cockpit, the luminous and open-plan atmosphere continues with a large interior saloon offering panoramic views surrounding the seating and dining areas. Moving aft, two guest cabins with ensuite head and shower plus a full beam master cabin with queen sized bed, sofa and ample storage and locker space. While at anchor, the transom door opens to create a private swimming platform with seating area, accessed directly through a sliding glass door from the master cabin.

Forward of the deck saloon is the fourth guest cabin with ensuite head and shower, this cabin can be configured to a captain’s cabin. A fully equipped galley with large fridge & freezer capacity and further forward is the spacious crew area with crew mess and one large crew cabin with upper/lower beds to port- and starboard side. This cabin can be configured in two crew cabins by means of a partition wall, both with ensuite head and shower.

MASTER SUITE:

The master suite is located aft and offers a luxurious and comfortable space for relaxation. It features a queen-sized berth and settee outboard on starboard side with drawers and storage lockers forward. Direct access to aft bathing platform via sliding door. The ensuite is located forward and features washbasin with marble surface, freshwater WC, mirrors, storage lockers and large shower compartment.

GUEST STATEROOMS:

The Aft Starboard Cabin (VIP) is a cabin located towards the back of a boat or ship on the starboard side. It features a double berth bed located on the outer side of the cabin, providing a comfortable sleeping space for one or two people. The cabin also includes an ensuite head (bathroom) and shower, allowing for privacy and convenience.

The Aft Port Cabin offers twin berths that are both inboard and outboard, providing a cozy and comfortable sleeping arrangement for guests. It also includes an ensuite head and shower for added convenience and privacy.

The Guest Cabin forward of the saloon offers flexibility for its use. It can be converted into a fourth guest cabin or used as a captain's cabin. The cabin features an ensuite head and shower.
