On dry land, he founded Moran Yacht & Ship in 1988, establishing the company as a leading yacht brokerage. Amongst its most notable yachts is AHPO, which Moran oversaw the build of. It is listed for sale with Moran and is the world’s most expensive yacht currently on the market.

The Hanse 371 is known for its good sailing characteristics, modern appearance and fresh nautical interior with a practical layout with 2 cabins. This beautiful Bavaria 34 is luxuriously equipped so you can sail away with it. Name on it and off you go! With her two steering positions (Jefa-Steering) and furling sails, this is a very agile sailing yacht, to be operated entirely (single-handed) from the cockpit. She has a shallow keel (1.58m) that allows you to sail almost anywhere, furling sails (Furl-in mast by Seldén), blue striping, blue sprayhood (UK De Vries) and blue upholstery, a hot water heater with an indoor and outdoor shower, a pull-out couch in the saloon (5th berth), Garmin speed-, wind- and depth sounder, Garmin chartplotter, VHF radio and radio. The underwater ship has been treated with antifouling. The yacht has 2 cabins (in the bow and in the stern) with spacious berths and plenty of closet space. The boat has been owned by Norway since it was delivered new and has never been outside Scandinavian waters. Only two owners. Swan has been a world-renowned concept in sailing ever since its first 36-foot maiden voyage in 1959. They ooze strength, quality and good craftsmanship. They are built for long walks in rough weather, regattas or family trips. The boat was imported new directly from Nautor's Swan shipyard to Norway. Norwegian VAT is paid. It is registered in both the Norwegian Ordinary Ship Register NOR and the international ship register NIS. There are not many Swan 53/55s in this class that have sailed under the Norwegian flag since it was new. Most of the original documentation from the equipment manufacturers and from the Nautor's Swan shipyard is on board. Several special adjustments have been made during the construction process.

Classic Sailing Yacht
