Aft is a stairway leading down to the after quarters. Adjacent to the steps is an enclosed storage space to starboard. At the base of the steps is a slider access to the head on the starboards side. Inboard forward is a counter with a sink. There is an enclosed storage space below and a medicine cabinet forward. Outboard is a hinged access to a large stand-up showe. Outboard is a marine toilet and above outboard is enclosed storage with an open shelf. There is a door aft which leads to the starboard stateroom. In the passageway to starboard is an access door to the stateroom. Forward outboard is a large hanging/storage locker. Aft inboard and outboard are single fore and aft berths with drawers below. Outboard is an open pigeonhole storage area with an open counter above. Adjacent to that on the port side is a door leading to the port stateroom. Forward below are the quarters for the crew. Forward on center is a hinged access to the shower. On the forward bulkhead is a watertight hatch for access to the chain locker. Aft on the port side is a counter with a sink on center with enclosed storage below and outboard with an open shelf above. On the starboard side is a marine toilet mounted on a platform with enclosed storage outoard and an open counter above. Forward above on either side is ahinged access to storage. Aft on either side is a door leading to a stateroom. Aft on the port side in the stateroom forward is an enclosed hanging locker. The hull, deck, and exterior of the boat are in good condition. The captain's chair needs to be replaced. The interior needs a complete refit. The boat has been on stands in the boatyard for about two years and has not been operated during that time. Stock #328756 Well-built Trojan 36 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht. Spacious and well-suited for cruising, or as a perfect live aboard! Trojan is known for their good builds and this aft cabin model is no exception. The boat has a solid fiberglass hull and uses quality hardware throughout. The aft cabin model is spacious, with an open flush deck and a massive bright and airy salon. For privacy, the aft cabin has its own head, and the forward V berth has a head just outside the door. On deck is a huge cockpit with excellent visibility. 1978 Trojan FDMY “CURRENT PRICE” IS A GUIDE.  ALL OFFERS RESPECTFULLY CONSIDERED. General Description This classic 1978 Trojan F44 Flush deck, is a rare find. This is an extremely comfortable yacht that will make an excellent cruiser or live-aboard, with a relatively small investment. Current owner advises that: over $80,000 invested since 2004. Actual ConditionIt is reported by the owner that: ThisTrojan was purchased in 2004, at auction, following a light grounding incident. There was some interior and mechanical damage due to water incursion. All water damaged systems were either replaced or rebuilt, including the Detroit Diesel Engines and Transmissions (4-71 Turbo) and Genset (which was new in 2006). The relatively minor hull damage (approx. 24” breach in bow area, and misc. scrapes along keel and chine) was patched, and is water tight at present. This boat is currently afloat in a marina in Chester, Connecticut. There is some underwater hull damage remaining, and some fiberglass repair is recommended. In 1989 her owner’s had her extended with the addition of a cockpit at the Derektor yard in Florida to a length of 74 feet, 6 inches. Throughout her years, "Kamelot" received many upgrades, improvements, and refits. Her timeless profile and classic beauty would make any owner proud in any port of call.

Entering the aftdeck/salon from the cockpit one finds an expansive and bright living area with all creature comforts to include air conditioning, wetbar, refrigeration and ice maker, flatscreen television, leather settee and lounge, teak parquet flooring, and fully enclosed with glass for excellent ambient lighting. Teak wing doors provide access to the side decks both port and starboard. Port and starboard teak pilothouse doors with integrated bi-folding screen doors offer additional access to the side decks from the pilothouse which is located just forward of the salon/aftdeck. Access to the flybridge is offered from the port side of the pilothouse via a teak ladder. Continuing forward from the pilothouse and down three steps, the lower salon affords additional entertaining/lounging area for owners and guests. Along the aft bulkhead in the lower salon houses a custom chest of drawers and additional entertainment/AV accessories. Moving forward and to port of the lower salon, the galley is expansive and includes all the modern appliances and conveniences of home. All appliances are full sized and the area is large enough to prepare gourmet meals for owners and guests. Continuing forward from the galley the crew/guest area includes a crew/guest stateroom, a small dinette, and utility area, head and shower, as well as access to the utility and engine room.

The main living quarters are accessed from the companionway at the aft bulkhead of the lower salon. The guest stateroom is located amidships to port and includes twin berths. Adjacent to the guest stateroom is the guest head which serves as the day head for entertaining. Continuing aft the full beam master stateroom is enormous and includes storage ample enough for extended cruising and liveaboard usage. Total accommodations include three staterooms and three heads which sleeps six comfortably with additional accommodation available via the settees in the lower and main salon.

This four stateroom, four bathroom design offers two roomy master suites, one aft with a private staircase and one midship accessed by the forward staircase.

The flush deck design provides generous below deck sleeping space and a one level living entrance, salon, kitchen, and helm with no steps between them. Naiad Stabilizers and MAN engines insure a safe comfortable ride at speeds up to 24 knots.

Enter the vessel via the generous swim platform onto the cockpit with newly refinished non skid surface. Either side of the cockpit has a short staircase leading up to the California style deck complete with rear controls for docking the vessel. Enter the dual sliding doors to the well appointed carpeted salon with L shaped sofa to port and 2 barrel chairs and a staircase to the rear master stateroom to starboard. The salon is complete with a Yamaha stereo system, electric high-low table, halogen lighting, Bose sound system, and Panasonic TV.

Forward of the kitchen is the open helm with an L-shaped Dinette to port and a Storage cabinet to starboard. Inside stairs to the flybridge are forward of the cabinet and provide safe and weatherproof access to the upper deck. The comfortable captains chair swivels for access to the dining table for those longer cruises. A large teak rimmed steering wheel highlights the teak console along with complete Furuno instrumentation and engine controls. Stairs to the forward lower sleeping area are located on the starboard side of the helm.

Down the polished teak staircase on the aft starboard side of the salon leads you to the Aft Master Stateroom complete with a walk around queen berth, rear cockpit access, head with enclosed shower, Vacu-flush toilet and sink, vanity cabinet, and halogen lighting. Ample teak storage cabinets and hanging lockers provide plenty of room for those extended stays.

Down the teak forward starboard staircase leads one to the forward sleeping quarters. On left hallway is access to the stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer. Enter the private VIP staeroom to the aft and find a queen size walk around berth, ample teak hanging lockers and cabinets, TV, Halogen lighting, and a head with enclosed shower, Vacu-flush toilet, SS sink, and vanity. Thsi stateroom could also serve as the master stateroom due to its generous size and finish.

Forward is the V-Berth with accommodations for two, teak hanging lockers, cabinets and drawers, TV, opening ports, and a full head with shower, sink and Vacu-flush toilet.

Port side features another stateroom with upper and lower bunks, full size hanging lockers, drawers, halogen lighting and opening ports. a sink and head are hidden inside of a cabinet on the aft side.

The flybridge can be accessed from the inside covered stairway starboard forward or the rear starboard ladder from the California deck. Two Pomanette seats for the Captain and Navigator sit in front of the engine controls, instrumentation, stabilizer controls, and Furuno navigation equipment on the upper helm. The bimini top provides ample shade of the passengers enjoying the Starboard and Port side corner seats. there are several generous sized cabinets for life vests, coolers and other items. The Novurania Dingy with Yamaha 40 HP motor sit on a SS davit rack and is serviced by a Mar Quip electric crane. There is plenty of room on the starboard side of the flybridge to set out several lounge chairs or additional water toys.
