Adult and kid beverages are available to purchase if you don't want the tea. It was a tad hot because so many people were going in and out (no one was on the upper level to sell drinks, so those that did not purchase the dinner were coming in for drinks). I suggest you order...go outside...come in eat...go back outside...come in for dessert....go back outside....Or you just do the ride without buying the dinner but the food was quite good. It was a beautiful evening to be out on the lake so we went to the top deck when we boarded. The crowd was very small, there were only about ten people on the top deck. We enjoyed what we saw although the boat traveled very slowly and only traveled a very short distance. The narrative given could have been more informative. At one point they started blaring loud music down below. Disco music blaring at 6PM does not put me in a party mood, I would have preferred a calmer atmosphere to enjoy the beautiful lake. The first and second deck areas were dirty and smelled of mold. We chose not to stay inside and went to the outside rear first level deck to enjoy the evening and were informed by smoking employees that we were in the designated smoking area. You really see very very little of the lake. It is at 5pm so you don't see the sunset. I felt really disappointed for the people that had the dinner portion the meal just looked awful. The food was very good and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The only bad thing is that after the dinner and narration was over, they insisted on playing super loud oldies music on the loud speakers which was very annoying and somewhat ruined the relaxing experience. The food was good and the crew and staff were wonderful. The cruise is nice and being out on the lake is great. It's a beautiful area and a nice boat. We had great weather so that helped. You really see very very little of the lake. It is at 5pm so you don't see the sunset. I felt really disappointed for the people that had the dinner portion the meal just looked awful. Beautiful! We did sightseeing cruise + meal and it was great. All of the Staff were phenomenal. The meal was excellent. I am so glad we tripped down memory lane. We will be back again. The food was very good and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The only bad thing is that after the dinner and narration was over, they insisted on playing super loud oldies music on the loud speakers which was very annoying and somewhat ruined the relaxing experience. The food was good and the crew and staff were wonderful. The cruise is nice and being out on the lake is great. It's a beautiful area and a nice boat. We had great weather so that helped. I wouldn't say not to bring kids but I don't think my kids would have appreciated the romance and scenery of the cruise. Yes, it is a beautiful romantic cruise. Read more Written 11 April 2018
