The 70.2m/230'4" motor yacht 'Saint Nicolas' was built by Lurssen in Germany at their Rendsburg shipyard. Her interior is styled by French designer design house Zuretti and she was completed in 2007. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Espen Oeino and she was last refitted in 2024.

Saint Nicolas has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in 7 suites comprising one VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 17 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

SAINT NICOLAS Yacht – $70M Superyacht

The $70 million superyacht, SAINT NICOLAS yacht, is a 70m luxury vessel. She was first commissioned as one of three yachts by Warren E Halle, an American entrepreneur.

She was designed by the prestigious design firm Espen Oeino International, with interior design by Zuretti Interior Design. She was delivered in 2008 from Lurssen’s German shipyard.

The interior of the SAINT NICOLAS yacht was penned by Zuretti Interior Design . The interior is subtle and elegant, with rich wood, gilt trimming, and cream furnishings. She also features a large amount of head-room space.

She can sleep 12 guests in 6 cabins. The guest accommodations include an owner’s stateroom on the main deck, a VIP guest room on the bridge deck, two double rooms, and two twin guest rooms on the lower deck.

There is accommodation for 23 crew members in 11 cabins, including a crew gym.

The luxury yacht features a wide variety of amenities, including a swimming pool with counter-current jets and a bar.

The garage is filled with water toys and tenders, diving equipment, sea bobs, and wave runners. The SAINT NICOLAS yacht has never been chartered, and she has had the same captain since 2008.

Featuring a steel hull and teak decks, the exterior of the SAINT NICOLAS was designed by Espen Oeino , a Monaco-based design firm.

Her naval architecture was penned by Lurssen Naval Architecture and was delivered from the Lurssen Yachts shipyard in 2007.

Her hull and superstructure were repainted in 2016. In 2017, she was completely refitted with modern and advanced technological features.

The stately superyacht conceived by the renowned Espen Oeino, boasts a master stateroom on the main deck forward with a raised observation lounge offering sweeping ocean views.

Beginning with a private study, the master suite is bathed in burl walnut paneling and ivory carpeting. A large en suite reveals white marble and jade onyx with an opulent gold leaf wreath along its borders. Two generous seating areas are located on either side of the centerline bed, while farther forward lies a raised observation lounge. With only one owner since she was launched and never having been offered for charter, she is in pristine condition.

With an interior designed by Francois Zuretti, the SAINT NICOLAS yacht for sale treats guests to a VIP suite on the bridge deck, as well as two doubles and two twins on the lower deck, plus an additional cabin for staff or children. Each stateroom has its own en suite bathed in the same walnut paneling and exquisite marble as the master.

The yacht features two main indoor lounging areas – the more formal main deck salon that features a piano, as well as the most-often-used bridge deck salon that features a large television and a bar. Each space features neutral-toned furnishings that are tasteful and elegant.

Boasting a total of 6 decks, the upper deck features a large children’s room with a slew of colorful pillows that sit on the floor at the center of the room, as well as a PlayStation. The space also features a full bar, indicating that the room may also be used for parties or lounging.

Forward on this deck, an observation lounge offers panoramic views. Just aft and outside, a large, 2,641-gallon (10,000 liter) pool with the option for counter current or a fountain feature also has a bar with upholstered stools that sit in the water. Four large, fixed sunbeds are to port and starboard, and the space in between may be used for a helicopter landing if needed.

The sun deck features a partially enclosed gym, additional sunpads aft on which to relax, as well as built-in sofas and cocktail tables forward. The gym equipment is located between the two areas, under the arch. Powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines, she is able to reach a maximum speed of 16 knots, while cruising speed is at 13 knots with a range of 4,500 nautical miles.

This lengthy luxury yacht SAINT NICOLAS is a motor yacht. This 70 m (230 ft) luxury yacht was manufactured by Lurssen Yachts in 2007. SAINT NICOLAS was formerly named (Project Nemo). Superyacht SAINT NICOLAS is a majestic yacht that is able to accommodate as many as 12 passengers on board and has around 19 crew. Christened in 2007 this boat’s interior design and decor illustrates the creative modernity which are originating from Zuretti Interior Design and the owner who commissioned the yacht.

Motor yacht SAINT NICOLAS is the second of three very similar sister yachts ordered by one client at the North German shipyard Lurssen. The first delivered in 2006 was Apoise (project name Marlin) and the third was Martha Ann (project name Shark) launched in 2008.

The Shipyard Work & Design for Luxury Yacht SAINT NICOLAS

The yacht's general design work came from Lurssen and Espen Oeino. The formal naval architecture drawings are the products of Lurssen. Motor Yacht SAINT NICOLAS received her elegant interior designing from the interior design firm of Zuretti Interior Design. In 2007 she was actually launched to accolade in Bremen and following sea trials and final completion was afterwards handed over to the yacht owner. Lurssen Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in Germany. The core hull was built out of steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is fabricated mostly using aluminium. With a beam of 12.8 m or 41.09 feet SAINT NICOLAS has beamy room. She has a fairly deep draught of 3.5m (11.5ft).
