First impressions

The appointed Clifford Denn to draw the exterior profile of his unique Heesen – a perfect example of a vessel that exudes the strong individuality of her owner while keeping the family feeling that characterises all yachts delivered by Heesen. Clifford Denn interpreted the client’s brief for a yacht with a powerful and aggressive personality, incorporating complex and extremely refined design elements into the exterior lines that have been beautifully and perfectly crafted by Heesen in house expert aluminium welders.

Step aboard

The interior design by Reymond Langton is characterised by rich Macassar ebony, accented with stainless steel features to exude a luxurious, refined atmosphere with bespoke fabrics by Fay Brixton, semi-precious stones, intricate inlays and warming touches of backlit white onyx and soft tactile leather. A striking first impression for those stepping on board is created by the bespoke Art Deco-style chandelier extending over two decks that is framed by the open-tread stairs.

Heesen ’s Ann G had one of the most rigorous sea trials of any custom superyacht in recent memory. The 164-foot, steel-hulled yacht proceeded from Heesen’s yard in the Netherlands into the North Sea for her tests and then made her way north for a shakedown cruise in the fjords of Norway.

Following the owner’s brief, the Clifford Denn–designed exterior has a powerful, aggressive profile with a long forefoot and white, curved aluminum superstructure that looks more like a sport yacht than a full-displacement superyacht. Powered by twin MTU M63 diesels, Ann G has a top speed of 15.6 knots, 0.6 knots higher than its contractual speed.

English firm Reymond Langton designed Ann G ’s interior. The brief from the owner was to create as big a statement as the yacht’s exterior. Stepping aboard, the first thing one sees is a large art deco–inspired chandelier framed by open-tread stairs. The London-based firm used strong-grained Macassar ebony paneling accented with stainless steel, along with touches of backlit white onyx and leather, to unite the interior. The main saloon has a seating area next to the bar, with an elegant dining area just forward. The large dining table—also crafted from Macassar ebony—features an inlaid panel. Original artwork by Based Upon is positioned on the forward bulkhead.

The art deco theme carries below through the four guest cabins, which are also decorated with Macassar, stainless steel, and leather, and feature unique color palettes to distinguish each stateroom. The owner’s suite displays an abundance of original art, particularly in the bedroom where the walls are decorated with fabric artworks and an intricate deco motif is inlaid into the foot of the bed. The full-beam suite, located forward on the main deck, also has an office, his and her dressing rooms, and a large bathroom with geometric stone artwork on the floors.

The skylounge on the bridge deck has a more informal atmosphere than the main saloon, with large windows on three sides that offer exceptional views of the sea. It features parchment wall panels and large, opulent fabrics instead of the ebony found on the deck below. By contrast, the transom beach club is more contemporary, with a less-stylized look. It is designed for working out or relaxing in the steam room, bar, and external seating area. The subdued elm paneling and teak flooring give the area a warm atmosphere. The sky deck is the ideal place to enjoy the elements, with open spaces both fore and aft, and a walkthrough enclosure overhead in the center to provide shade without stifling the fresh ocean breezes. The new 50-meter displacement motor yacht Heesen is launched

New full-custom yacht Ann G, built on the Dutch shipyard Heesen, was launched in May 2015. Construction management and all finishing works for this displacement 50-meter yacht were carried out by the brokerage company Arcon Yachts. One of the most anticipated and beautiful projects of the year 2015 — a new yacht Heesen — sure enough will become a star of the upcoming seasons in the category of super yachts up to 500GT.

The new Heesen 50m project is a result of more than three years of effective cooperation of the famous Dutch shipyard and brokerage company Arcon Yachts, which carried out all the comprehensive maintenance and management of the project at all stages of design and construction. Ann G is a fully displacement 50 meter yacht with a steel hull with 499 GRT, designed by naval architects Van Oossanen and Heesen engineering team as an individual customized project. Motor yacht Heesen 50 m is powered by two MTU 8V 4000 M63 diesel engines, so the new vessel will be able to reach a maximum speed of 15 knots and make an autonomous navigation range of 4,000 nautical miles at a speed of 12 knots.

The exterior design of the new Heesen project №17350 Ann G created by Clifford Denn is absolutely unique because of almost complete customization and thoughtful attention of the Owner and designers to the smallest details: starting from the shape of the mast and the soft contours of the hull, and ending up with a special form of handrails. The general style of the yacht Ann G is both classical and classy, elegant and brutal.

There are 5 guest cabins on board of the yacht Ann G: 4 cabins on the lower deck are for guests, and then upper on the main deck there is the Owner's suite. One of the most distinctive features of Heesen 50 m project is a very large beach club with a bar, a hammam and fitness equipment in the stern of the vessel, as well as non-standard storage location for tender and water toys in the garage and in the forward part of the main deck. The hull of the new 50 meter yacht project is painted in customized Dark Night Blue color, designed specifically for this yacht.

Motor yacht Heesen 50m could really boast of her incomparable interior, designed and realized by famous designer bureau Raymond Langton Design. If you try to describe in a few words the interior aesthetics this ambitious new displacement yacht project is a smart and subtle reinterpretation of Art Deco style. New yacht Heesen 50 m Ann G is decorated with countless stone mosaics, exquisite selection of marbles, with all guest areas fully finished in walnut and Macassar ebony. There are diverse art elements throughout the yacht, including a huge chandelier over the dining table on the main deck, luxurious panels on the lower deck and huge sculpture, towering in the stairwell from the lower deck to the top.

Moreover, technical solutions applied on the yacht Heesen 50m, such as extra-wide doorways and stairwells, traditionally used on the yachts of a much larger size, create a feeling of astonishing spaciousness and comfort on board.

The Heesen Yard Reveals The Stylish Ann G Superyacht

After being put through one of the most rigorous sea trials of any custom superyacht we remember, Heesen’s new Ann G superyacht has been finally introduced to the world. The beautiful, 164-foot, steel-hulled yacht features a Clifford Denn-designed exterior , showing off a powerful and aggressive overall profile.

The stunning curved aluminum superstructure instantly tells you we’re dealing with a sport yacht here, while the twin MTU M63 diesel engines seem to match the appearance; as such, the Ann G will easily reach a top speed of 15.6 knots.

English firm Reymond Langton designed Ann G’s cabins, in art-deco styling that would just complement the powerful statement of the exterior’s aesthetics. The London-based firm used strong-grained Macassar ebony paneling, accented with stainless steel, as well as backlit white onyx and leather to inspire and impress all those who come aboard.

A large art deco–inspired chandelier framed by open-tread stairs seems to hint towards that the minute you get in this marvelous vessel. The art deco theme carries through the four guest cabins, which feature Macassar, stainless steel, and fine leather finishes, not to mention unique color palettes.

The spacious owner’s suite is filled with original art, with walls decorated by using fabric artworks and an intricate deco motif. The full-beam suite also brags with an office, his and her dressing rooms, and a large bathroom with geometric stone artwork.

The social areas on Ann G include a main saloon boasting a seating area next to the bar, an elegant dining area, and the skylounge on the bridge deck, benefiting from large windows and incredible views of the sea. Next, the transom beach club was designed for working out or relaxing in the steam room, bar and external seating area – just in case chilling out isn’t your thing.

The sky deck, on the other hand, is probably the best place to experience the elements, with open spaces both fore and aft, and a walk through enclosure overhead. In the end, we could say that the Ann G superyacht looks exactly like an adventure, no matter how you look at it – or, from what angle.

Heesen offers outstanding performance, efficient fuel consumption, high-quality construction, cutting-edge technology, advanced engineering and avant-garde design.

HVAC by Heinen & Hopman

Heinen & Hopman was selected to deliver the HVAC and sanitary systems. A challenging project because the available space for the installation of the equipment onboard was very limited. Heinen & Hopman was required to think outside the box and come up with a creative solution to fit the ducting. The following systems were installed onboard:

A General Description of Motor Yacht ANN G

Being built by the Azimut Yachts yard in Italy the ANN G is 31 metre 101 (ft) in length. Launched to celebration by 2005 her reasonably recent internal styling reveals the talents of the design work of Carlo Galeazzi. Superyacht ANN G is able to accommodate up to 8 guests with 4 qualified crew. She will attain a top speed of 32 knots.

Motor yacht ANNE G built in 2005 is an Azimut Leopard designed by Stefano Righini. This composite yacht is a popular model with a cruising speed of 27 knots.

The Construction & Designing of Luxury Yacht ANN G

Stefano Righini was the naval architect firm involved in the formal superyacht composition for ANN G. Also the company Stefano Righini skillfully worked on this project. Interior designer Carlo Galeazzi was responsible for the internal interior styling. In 2005 she was formally launched with celebration in Viareggio and following sea trials and finishing touches was then passed on to the owner. Azimut Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. A moderate feeling is brought about with a total beam (width) of 7.16 m or 23.5 feet. With a 2.07m (6.8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is fairly shallow. The material composite was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is created with the use of composite. Over the deck of ANN G she is 29.81 (97.8 ft) in length.

Main Engines And The Speed That M/Y ANN G :

The 16V 2000 M91 engine installed in the motor yacht is made by MTU. Connected to her MTU engine(s) are twin screw propellers. The main engine of the yacht creates 2000 horse power (or 1472 kilowatts). She is equiped with 2 engines. The combined output for the yacht is thus 4000 HP or 2943 KW.

Bestowing cabins for a limit of 8 yacht guests overnighting, the ANN G accommodates them in style. Normally the vessel uses around 4 able crew members to operate.

Ann G – Heesen’s New Motoryacht

After gone through some of the most rigorous tests for superyachts, Heesen’s new motoryacht Ann G finally saw the holiness of the day. Ann G is a fully displacement 50 meter yacht with a steel hull with 499 GRT, designed by naval architects Van Oossanen and Heesen engineering team as an individual customized project. She is a result of more than three years of effective cooperation of the famous Dutch shipyard and brokerage company Arcon Yachts, which carried out all the comprehensive maintenance and management of the project at all stages of design and construction.

The exterior design of the yacht, created by Clifford Denn is absolutely unique because of almost complete customization and thoughtful attention of the Owner and designers to the smallest details: starting from the shape of the mast and the soft contours of the hull, and ending up with a special form of handrails. The general style of the yacht Ann G is both classical and classy, elegant and brutal. There are 5 guest cabins on board of the yacht Ann G : 4 cabins on the lower deck are for guests, and then upper on the main deck there is the Owner’s suite. One of the most distinctive features of Heesen 50 m project is a very large beach club with a bar, a hammam and fitness equipment in the stern of the vessel, as well as non-standard storage location for tender and water toys in the garage and in the forward part of the main deck.

The hull of the new 50 meter yacht project is painted in customized Dark Night Blue color, designed specifically for this yacht. If you try to describe in a few words the interior aesthetics designed and realized by famous designer bureau Raymond Langton Design, this ambitious new displacement yacht project is a smart and subtle reinterpretation of Art Deco style. She is decorated with countless stone mosaics, exquisite selection of marbles, with all guest areas fully finished in walnut and Macassar ebony. There are diverse art elements throughout the yacht, including a huge chandelier over the dining table on the main deck, luxurious panels on the lower deck and huge sculpture, towering in the stairwell from the lower deck to the top.

Moreover, technical solutions applied on the yacht, such as extra-wide doorways and stairwells, traditionally used on the yachts of a much larger size, create a feeling of astonishing spaciousness and comfort on board. Ann G is powered by two MTU 8V 4000 M63 diesel engines, so the new vessel will be able to reach a maximum speed of 15 knots and make an autonomous navigation range of 4,000 nautical miles at a speed of 12 knots.
