Palumbo Superyachts division is focused in the design, construction and refit of superyachts. ISA yachts, Columbus Yachts, Palumbo Superyachts Refit, Palumbo Group.

PALUMBO SUPERYACHTS began to take root in 2008, when the Columbus Yachts brand was established, but it was in 2011 that it made a name for itself with the launch of its first 54-metre superyacht, emblematically christened “Prima” (“the First”).

Today, PALUMBO SUPERYACHTS holds two shipyards in the Mediterranean (in Ancona and Savona) operating the most successful brands: ISA Yachts, Columbus Yachts, Mondomarine and Extra Yachts.

Thanks to the advanced infrastructures of both its Ancona and Savona facilities, PALUMBO SUPERYACHTS provides new-build construction, refit, maintenance and conversion services. A specialized team is available to Clients, Captains and Surveyors to manage all aspects of the project at 360°.

More so, for all vessels of our ISA Yachts, Columbus Yachts, Mondomarine and Extra Yachts fleets, Clients can draw on our own comprehensive technical archive and on the fifty-year shipbuilding experience that our shipyards boast in the yachting industry.

Furthermore, after taking delivery of your yacht, you can benefit from Palumbo Superyachts’ highly specialized after-sales service that takes care of your boat no matter where you are in the world.

Each shipyard offers an adequately equipped showroom and a well-stocked yacht chandlery to satisfy the needs of crew aboard the yachts at PALUMBO SUPERYACHTS docks. In addition, at the Ancona shipyard a guesthouse is also available.

Feeling at home, in a comfortable and unique atmosphere. This is the feeling you will feel getting onboard an IY 14.98 . Its size makes it ideal for long cruises and that is why the interiors are produced with special woods and textiles, with ample and conformable spaces, designed with easy-living in mind.

Fuoriserie e Bellissima

The IY 14.98 amplifies the Fuoriserie line, aiming high, with a sports boat ideal for grand-prix IRC and ORC. The deck layout includes six winches: two on the deckhouse, two primary trimming ones and two for the mainsail fine tuning in racing configuration. The crew can move easily in the cockpit, thanks to two ample passages, the rod rigging, the spinnaker equipment, the hydraulic pump in the back, the high-efficiency mast profile with an increased boom to optimise its surface downwind and the moulded anti-skid contribute to the strong racing attitude of this new model.

Exterior design

The IY 14.98’s lines show a boat with a racing DNA but ideal for cruising too, with its ample exteriors designed for the family, with a typically Italian flair and style, where aerodynamics blends with Made in Italy full flavour. Hull lines are sleek, with a flat stern incorporating a comfortable one-step swimming platform. All the manoeuvring can be easily done from the cockpit, and the embedded recesses enable the deck to stay clean from lines and equipment.

Interior design

The interiors of the IY 14.98 derive from an accurate design process, for a sailing boat ideal for those racing sailors who do not disdain spaces and volumes typical of a comfortable yacht for long cruises. The interior layout comes in three different options, with two or three toilets and ample storage spaces conceived for family cruising. In the standard version the saloon is fitted with a dining table and a U-shaped settee and a second sofa on the opposite side. The galley is on the starboard side, fully equipped and integrates perfectly in the living space.
