Villa 32 amazing views

The villa is well positioned and very well presented. The size of the villas will be great for family or a group of friends. It has 2 double bed rooms with ensuite and a double bedroom with a family bathroom across the small hall and a massive master suit with an amazing view at the top of the house. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived but was fixed with in hours of the phone call to maintenance. And instruction manual for the cooker would be very handy as we could not work this out so spent most of the time it is out . Also a map of this villa would be useful as the pool is hidden away between two Villars and unless you’re looking for it you would not be able to find . Punchbowl that is advertised as part is down on the lower level with the two bedrooms however is only accessible through the bedrooms which meant no one used it because we didn’t want to walk went back through the bedrooms. Saying all of this Estate was amazing we had a fantastic holiday and every couple which was witnessed enjoying the villa was very spacious and we never felt as if we are on top of each other and that was for couples the kitchen area was well used with our coffees or cocktails and breakfast the living area is very spacious and... We stayed in Villa 5 and we were absolutely impressed by the location and the standard of the rooms. The wardrobes are next level and the feeling is luxe ++. Our villa was well appointed with a bar fridge (in addition to main fridge), with cocktail shakers, martini glasses, champagne flutes, all the things you'd need to bake a cake or roast a meal, a Weber barbecue and Nespresso machine and milk frother. Then there's the spa bath in the main bedroom, the good size laundry, a bathroom for every bedroom and two buggies allocated to this villa. Wallabies are seen first thing in the morning around the complex. Now there are always problems to report: the vent over the stove didn't work so we reported this to management when leaving. Also, the downstairs bathroom had trouble flushing and the dishwasher needed servicing. However, the view here is AMAZING as you watch all the activity in the channel (super yachts pulling out of the harbour, private jets landing at the airport, I'm sure you'd see whales in season), and the pool with deck are gorgeous. We already rebooked for another visit in six months. That probably says it all.

Great place to stay on Hamilton Island. The best we’ve stayed at. Only lost 1/2 a star for it needing a lick of paint and the pool being freezing. Otherwise, fantastic, large, great location, beautiful views, stunning pool, great buggies, big rooms and amenities. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Stayed at Yacht Club Villa 13. This is a Great location. Unit was not clean. Kitchen bench tops filthy, blender in the cupboard had rotten milk left inside which was full of maggots. Inside bin did not have liner and had greasy mess inside. Kitchen utensils not all clean. Glasses not washed. Dirty under ware , empty chip packets and empty cans left in Billard/rumpus room. Cloths dryer didn’t work , electrician attended unable to repair and told us he would get Aron to replace, did not happen. 12 lights needed globe replacement, most at entry foyer and steps. Globes rectified during stay. One of the buggie not charged.One front door key only supplied , they said they were going to give us a second key did not happen. Service directory ( with contact phone numbers ) was out of date. I am sure the owner of this unit would not be aware of the above , it is a great property just not clean and items that need repairs ie. the sound system in the theatre room, the managing agent of this unit should be ashamed. Oh by the way they left a note on a half torn piece of paper with a apology and a bottle of bubbly . There are other basic items that were not in the villa such as a brush for the dustpan and a broom. One bin liner for a week?

We spent 7 nights in one of the Villas with 3 generations aging from 70yrs to 5yrs. There was plenty of room to spread out. We loved the fact 2 buggies were included to zip around the island. We had direct access to the private pool, enjoyed cooking in the large galley style kitchen & there was a BBQ on the balcony. Highly recommend for families and groups of friends.

Omg!!! We stayed in villa 16 for Christmas and it was AMAZING!! I was a bit dubious about not spending Christmas in England with my extended family but that soon passed when I got to Hamilton island! The villa came with two golf buggies to get around and with 4 en-suite bedrooms each of our 3 teens had their own space. It is probably one of the best villas we have ever stayed in! Simply gorgeous! Definitely recommend.

Yacht Club Villa 3

Spectacular waterfront luxury villa.

Some upgrade works will be taking place at the neighbouring Yacht Club Villa 6, from 1 February 2024 - 15 March 2024. During this period, there may be intermittent noise between 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Located directly behind the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club, this striking villa offers a very comfortable island escape. It includes four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen, ducted air-conditioning, and direct access to the waterfront reserve.

What makes this home special?

The Yacht Club Villa complex occupies a superb location at the end of Front Street, behind the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Villa 3 offers magnificent views of the waterfront lagoon pool, as well as the Hamilton Island Yacht Club and the turquoise waters of Dent Passage. A large, comfortable living area flows directly onto the waterfront reserve and provides easy access to the shared lagoon pool.

Australian Design.

Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, this villa maximises the spectacular view. Large louvered windows allow plenty of air and light to flow through the open spaces. 

Arrival Service.

As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. Upon arrival to your Villa you will also receive a complimentary welcome hamper.

High-end interiors.

Enjoy a state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (a starter pack of 10 pods are supplied, once these are used you will need to purchase a Nespresso compatible brand from the local IGA or please remember to bring your favourite pods), a separate laundry (also with Miele appliances), fully ducted air-conditioning and a quality sound system. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Pool and gardens.

This villa overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with sprawling lawns that open to a large, shared lagoon pool.

There are four bedrooms in Villa 3. The master suite includes a walk-in robe and a bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have their own ensuite, and the fourth bedroom can double as a media room if preferred.

If the mere thought of prepping, planning and packing all the things your baby might possibly need while you’re away makes your head hurt, Hamilton Island has just the thing to help you travel light. With a selection of free of charge By Request items that can be ordered in advance and in your Yacht Club Villa on your arrival, we can help make your stay as relaxing as possible, saving the extra worry when packing for your holiday.
