Table of Contents

Short Answer

The cost of a yacht in the Philippines depends on a variety of factors, such as the size, model, and condition of the yacht.

Generally, you can expect to pay anywhere from $50,000 to $10 million or more for a yacht in the Philippines.

Additionally, there are often additional costs associated with owning and operating a yacht, such as dock fees, maintenance costs, and insurance.

Overview of Yacht Prices in the Philippines

The cost of a yacht in the Philippines can vary greatly depending on size, amenities, and brand.

Smaller yachts may cost as little as around $150,000, while larger and more luxurious models can cost upwards of $3 million.

When considering a yacht purchase, it is important to understand all the costs associated with ownership and operation.

This includes not only the purchase price, but also the cost of upkeep, maintenance, insurance, fuel, and other fees.

The size of the yacht will significantly affect the price.

Smaller yachts, such as sport fishing boats and sailboats, may cost as little as around $150,000, while larger, luxury yachts can cost upwards of $3 million.

The amenities of the yacht will also affect the cost.

For example, a yacht with more advanced navigation and communication systems, as well as a spacious interior, will be more expensive than a basic model.

The brand of the yacht is also a factor, as some brands may be more expensive than others.

In addition to the purchase price, there are many other costs associated with owning a yacht in the Philippines.

These include the cost of upkeep, maintenance, and insurance.

The cost of fuel and docking fees will also need to be taken into consideration.

Depending on the size and type of yacht, these costs can add up quickly.

For those considering a yacht purchase in the Philippines, it is important to research and factor in all of these costs to ensure the best value for their money.

It is also important to consider the type of yacht that best suits your needs and budget, as well as the availability of resources for upkeep and maintenance.

With the right research and planning, you can find the perfect yacht for your needs at the right price.

Factors Affecting the Cost of a Yacht

garmin yacht price philippines

The cost of a yacht in the Philippines can vary greatly depending on a number of factors.

Size, amenities, and brand are the most important when it comes to determining the cost of a yacht.

The size of the yacht is one of the most important factors affecting the cost.

Smaller boats are more affordable, while larger vessels cost more.

The size of the yacht will also affect the amenities, such as the number of rooms, the types of materials used, and the number of features.

The amenities included in the yacht are another important factor that affects the cost.

Luxury yachts can be equipped with all the latest features, such as a full-service kitchen, air conditioning , a Jacuzzi, and a bar.

The more amenities included, the higher the price tag.

The brand of the yacht is also a factor to consider.

Boats from renowned brands such as Benetti, Azimut, and Ferretti will cost more than boats from lesser known brands.

Brand recognition can also add to the cost, as well as the reputation of the brand.

In addition to the cost of the yacht itself, there are other costs to consider when buying a yacht in the Philippines.

Upkeep and maintenance, for example, can add up quickly.

Insurance is another factor, as yacht insurance in the Philippines can be expensive.

It is important to research and factor in all of these costs to ensure the best value for your money.

Smaller Yacht Prices in the Philippines

When it comes to the cost of a yacht in the Philippines, it can vary greatly depending on its size, amenities, and brand.

Smaller yachts, known as day yachts, typically cost less than larger yachts.

For example, a smaller day yacht in the Philippines can range between $150,000 to $400,000 depending on its size and features.

These yachts are perfect for day trips and short voyages, and many offer basic amenities such as a kitchen, sleeping quarters, and a bathroom.

They may be equipped with amenities such as an outdoor shower, a sun deck, and a small dive platform.

These yachts are also ideal for fishing, as they are nimble and have an open deck space.

For those looking for a larger and more luxurious yacht, they can expect to pay upwards of $3 million.

These larger yachts are typically more luxurious and offer more amenities such as multiple decks, a full kitchen, multiple cabins, and a larger dive platform.

They may also come equipped with a spa, gym, and a helipad.

These yachts are perfect for longer voyages, as they are equipped with the necessary amenities and spacious enough to accommodate a larger number of passengers.

It is important to remember that the total cost of ownership of a yacht in the Philippines is more than just the purchase price.

Factors such as upkeep, maintenance, and insurance will also affect the total cost.

For example, the cost of fuel, mooring fees, and repairs can add up quickly.

Larger Yacht Prices in the Philippines

garmin yacht price philippines

When it comes to the cost of a yacht in the Philippines, larger models tend to cost significantly more than smaller ones.

Luxury yachts with high-end amenities can cost anywhere from $1 million to $3 million or more, depending on the size of the yacht and the features it has.

Some of the features that can affect the cost of a yacht include the number of decks, the type of engines, the interior design, and the extra amenities such as a jacuzzi, a gym, or a cinema room.

For those looking to purchase a yacht in the Philippines, it is important to factor in the cost of upkeep and maintenance.

Yachts require regular servicing and repair, and the cost of these can quickly add up over the years.

Insurance is also a must, as it is important to protect your investment from potential damages.

It is also important to consider the cost of fuel when calculating the total cost of ownership.

The larger the yacht, the more fuel it will require, so it is essential to factor this in when budgeting for a yacht.

Finally, it is important to hire a competent and experienced crew to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the yacht.

The cost of crew salaries and related expenses can add up over time, so it is critical to include these costs in the total cost of ownership.

In conclusion, the cost of a yacht in the Philippines can vary greatly depending on its size, amenities, and brand.

It is important to factor in the cost of upkeep, maintenance, insurance, fuel, and crew salaries when calculating the total cost of ownership for a yacht in the Philippines.

Additional Costs to Consider

When it comes to the cost of owning a yacht in the Philippines, there are several additional factors to consider beyond the initial purchase price.

These include the costs of upkeep, maintenance, and insurance.

Upkeep costs are often overlooked, but can add up quickly, as they include things like fuel and dockage fees.

Maintenance costs depend on the type of yacht and how often it is used, but can include things like regular engine check-ups and hull maintenance.

Lastly, insurance is a must, as it can provide protection against unexpected events such as theft and accidents.

The cost of insurance will depend on the type and size of the yacht and the type of coverage desired.

It is important to research and factor in all of these costs when considering a yacht purchase in the Philippines to ensure the best value for their money.

Resources for Finding Quality Yachts in the Philippines

When looking for a yacht in the Philippines, it is important to consider the various resources available to you.

The most popular option is to search online, as there are many websites dedicated to finding yachts for sale.

These websites offer a wide range of options, including yachts of different sizes and amenities, as well as different brands and pricing.

You can also find used or refurbished yachts, which can be a good option if you are on a budget.

Another option is to search for local yacht dealerships in the Philippines.

These dealerships offer a variety of brands, models, and sizes, and can provide valuable advice on selecting the best yacht for your needs and budget.

In addition, these dealerships often have an inventory of both new and used yachts, so you can compare different models and pricing more easily.

Finally, it is also possible to find quality yachts by attending boat shows and yacht exhibitions.

Here, you can get an up-close look at the various models available and speak with representatives from different dealerships.

This can be a great opportunity to get a feel for the size, style, and amenities of the yacht you are interested in.

You may even be able to find special deals or discounts that are only available at the show.

Final Thoughts

Buying a yacht in the Philippines can be an exciting and rewarding experience.

It is important to keep in mind, however, that the cost of the yacht can vary greatly depending on its size, amenities, and brand.

Additional costs must also be taken into account such as upkeep, maintenance, and insurance.

To ensure the best value for your money, be sure to research all costs associated with yacht ownership and take advantage of any tips and resources available to save money on your purchase.

How Much Does A Yacht Cost? Buying Your First Yacht

Lounging around while you enjoy the sea brings about a different kind of relaxation. Owning a yacht is a dream for many individuals–after all, a yacht is the epitome of the high life. But if you’re serious about wanting a yacht, you’re probably wondering how much does owning  a yacht cost in the Philippines.

The price of a good yacht varies depending on the size and condition. Generally, it is more expensive to buy a brand new boat but this may change depending on the situation. Aside from purchasing the actual boat, owning a yacht requires paying for yacht care services and other maintenance services such as boat exterior detailing services . Overall, owning a yacht costs a pretty penny, but the experience is well worth it.

If you’re serious about getting your own yacht, then read through our brief guide on yacht prices in the Philippines.

How Much Does Owning A Yacht Cost?

Yachts are one of the ultimate forms of luxury. As such, they do have expensive price points. A small locally made 25ft yacht may range from P2M to P2.5M, depending on the boat’s horsepower and inclusions. Of course, this price may go down a bit if the boat is not brand new.

When deciding if you’d rather purchase a new boat or a secondhand one, it is important to keep in mind that purchasing a secondhand yacht may increase your regular boating expenses as you need to ensure that the vessel remains in top condition. This means responding to possible issues that the previous owner encountered. In the long run, it might be less costly to acquire a brand new yacht with no issues instead of having to continuously maintain a used boat.

Aside from the actual cost of the boat, another thing that contributes to the expense of owning a yacht is the recurring fees needed to maintain the vessel. This includes the regular maintenance of the boat, as well as the rental or wage of a competent crew that will manage your yacht. A crew can cost yacht owners anywhere from P10,000 to P50,000 per month. The price may increase depending on the difficulty of their job as well.

How Much is A Yacht?

The price of a yacht depends mainly on the following factors:

  • The size of the yacht;
  • The age of the yacht; and
  • The brand and type of yacht.

As a general rule, a bigger yacht is usually more expensive. Aside from the boat’s dimensions, the maintenance costs on bigger yachts are higher too because they require more work. Consider this when buying your yacht.

For first timers, experts recommend purchasing a 40-foot yacht. A 40-foot yacht is a respectably comfortable size that isn’t too difficult to maintain. It is not overwhelming for first time yacht owners and it gives them ample space to design the boat as they wish. A brand new 40-foot yacht is estimated to cost around P50M.

Other than the size, another factor that can contribute greatly to a yacht’s pricing is its age. Newer yachts will cost more upon purchase. This price point, however, is justified by the fact that most brand new yachts are most likely to not have issues or problems that a used boat could have. On the other hand, buying a brand new yacht may not be the wisest budget choice for those looking at cheaper options. If you’re looking to buy a yacht at a lower price point, then searching for a used boat is a viable option. A rough estimate for a 40-50 foot used boat’s price point is around P30M. While used boats are indeed cheaper, note that they may have complications because of past ownership. When looking at used boats, it is important to make sure to do exhaustive research on the model and boat to ensure that you get the best possible condition for the yacht.

Finally, when looking for a new yacht, it is important to consider what type you will be acquiring. Depending on what type of yacht you are getting, the price point might be at a higher level. The price point for an express yacht and a flybridge yacht differ, mostly because of the vast difference between the two.

Finding Cheaper Yacht Options

Sometimes, you need a trial version of owning a yacht before you can take the plunge. If you’re looking to experience owning a yacht without committing to the entire process yet, then you should consider renting out a yacht first. This is a great way to understand how a yacht fits in your lifestyle and can help you get ready for the responsibilities of being a full-fledged yacht owner.

If you’re wondering how much are yacht rentals in the Philippines, then you can ask around reputable ports and boat renting companies in the country. Currently, you can rent a boat for as low as P10,000 per day to P2.5M per day, depending on how luxurious the vessel is.

Live the High Life and Sail the Seas!

Owning a luxury yacht is the pinnacle of high life. Whether you’re looking to spend time in a yacht you own or rent out a luxury boat for a day or two, lounging around on your deck while sailing the seas is an elegant and refreshing way to rest and relax.

Purchasing a yacht is not only a promise of luxury, but it is also a huge commitment–one that involves a lot of financial duties. While it may seem like a huge challenge, our guide to yacht prices in the Philippines can help you have an easier time.

MSI Claw: Price, availability in the Philippines

Gaming handheld with Intel Inside

' src=

Gaming handhelds are one of the hottest categories in tech right now. Not to be outdone, MSI announced the MSI Claw at CES 2024 and now it has finally arrived in the Philippines.

Unlike most handheld gaming PCs out right now, the MSI Claw A1M will have Intel inside. It’s also equipped with ARC graphics featuring up to 8 Xe cores and advanced XeSS technology.

Looks-wise, the MSI Claw more closely resembles the ROG Ally than other handhelds from major laptop gaming brands. The thumb sticks with RGB, directional pad, and face buttons are laid out identically. This one, though, comes in black.

Price and availability in the Philippines

The MSI Claw will be available in three configurations in the Philippines. There are priced as follows:

MSI Claw A1M-075PH (PhP 45, 995).

  • Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 processor 155H
  • 512GB PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2230 w/o DRAM

Claw A1M-076PH (PhP 50, 995).

Claw a1m-077ph (php 53, 995)..

  • 1TB PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2230 w/o DRAM

Those are the differences. But all the units share the same RAM (LPDDR5 16GB), have Intel® Arc Graphics, a 7-inch FHD, 120Hz display, with a 6 cell, 53 Whr battery running on Windows 11. The units will have two (2) years of warranty.

Intel inside

As mentioned above, powering the MSI Claw is the Intel Core Ultra with ARC. This makes the Claw the first gaming handheld with Core Ultra. It’s a brand new silicon architecture. It separates itself from the pack by having AI capabilities, ARCTM integrated graphics, and up to 8 Xe cores.

It promises AAA titles at 1080p and medium settings. Not only that, it also has a media engine supporting advanced video codecs like AV1, H.265, and VP9, ensuring high-quality streaming with reduced performance demands.

MSI Claw A1M

The Claw promises to comfortably fit various hand sizes. It also has a 7-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate.

ike any self-respecting handheld, it will have its own Game Launcher. It’s called the MSI Center M UI. With it, you get easy access to key features and settings. This includes a quick game launcher and instant platform access.

The Claw also supports the MSI APP Player, expanding gaming options to include both Windows and Android mobile games.

BPI app now supports Pay via QR

Goodbye, transfer fees

BPI QR

BPI clients will not have to worry about paying for transfer fees to other e-wallets anymore. This, as the bank announced its app can now serve as its own e-wallet.

The BPI app now supports a Pay via QR Ph option in-app, eliminating the need to transfer your funds to GCash, Maya, or other e-wallets. This way, users can now pay at thousands of stores and restaurants directly from the app.

The feature has been part of the app for a while now, but it’s great that BPI has finally decided to announce its mainstream roll out.

garmin yacht price philippines

This is welcome news especially for clients who also happen to have a GCash account. BPI recently announced a PhP 10 fee for transfers to GCash via ECPay. Now, they can just skip that step and pay directly from the mobile banking app.

To pay using QR, simply open the BPI app, tap the QR icon on the upper right, then scan and pay. Upon scanning the QR Ph code, the top of the screen should say “Pay merchant.”

However, still note that some stores use QR Ph codes that are linked to their personal accounts. This means the prompt will show “Transfer to other banks” and might have interbank transfer fees.

The BPI app is available on major app markets like the App Store and Google Play. For more information on how to use the Pay via QR Ph feature, visit bank’s official website here .

Samsung Galaxy S23 series now with Galaxy AI, cheaper prices

AI tools, discounted rates

garmin yacht price philippines

After debuting Galaxy AI on its latest flagship line, Samsung is bringing the same features to the Galaxy S23 series through the One UI 6.1 update.

Galaxy AI comes with tools to enhance productivity, communication, and creativity. For instance, Live Call Translate offers a personal translator when on a call, providing audio and text translations in real-time as users speak.

Meanwhile, AI Summarize  allows users to take any article off the web and break it down into handful of organized bullet points. This is done on the Samsung Notes app, the only pre-installed app that supports the function.

Photo Assist , on the other hand, takes image editing to the next level. This helps users touch up photos and remove unwanted elements in the image.

Futhermore, Circle to Search  is also a handy tool to speed up the Googling process. With any photo on your gallery, just encircle the part with your fingers or the S Pen and search results will be pulled up.

Last but not the least, Galaxy AI offers Generative Edit, Edit Suggestion, and Instant Slow-mo to assist users in editing photos and videos. These allow users to be more creative in their post-processing.

Epic savings

Samsung has also made the Galaxy S23 series more affordable. So, if you plan on upgrading, now is definitely a great time, for the following prices:
