Can i customize my supplier package based on my venue location and budget.

You can select a package and budget that aligns with your venue location ie. Melbourne, Yarra Valley, Brisbane, Perth etc. From there you can select from up to 4 different budget options to suit what you need. Each package has a short description of what's included and a sneak peak of the selected suppliers. These suppliers can be swapped or removed and add ons selected to customise exactly what you need. If something is missing, you can speak with our consultants about what options you may require.

What are the categories of suppliers available for selection?

Depending on your region, the available categories of suppliers include music, photography, videography, celebrant, photobooth, select transport, and hair & makeup.

What is the minimum number of suppliers required to book a package?

A minimum of 4 suppliers is needed to book a package. You can pick any combination including music, photography, videography, celebrant, photobooth, select transport, and hair & makeup.

Is there a way for us to receive personalized assistance or consultation for my package customization?

You can contact one of our amazing consultants and discuss everything you need during a personal 45-minute allocated consultation. Once booked, you will receive your allocated 'secret bridesmaid', who is your personal consultant to help you through your wedding journey. This wedding specialist will be there to offer advice, tips and tricks and assist with any supplier or package needs.

What if the original supplier I selected is not available for my day?

Once you have selected the suppliers you like, you will then have a personalised 30minute consultation with our team. They will confirm what you require and the availability of your suppliers. If a supplier is not available on your day, they will offer an alternative or a couple of alternatives for you to choose from that will suit your vision. If you do not like the alternative supplier, they will remove the supplier from the package and make recommendations for someone for you to enquire with directly. If you're not happy with the package when the adjustments are made, we will refund the $99 deposit and send you recommendations for suppliers you can contact directly to complete your supplier selection directly with the suppliers.

Is there a limit to the number of suppliers allowed per category?

Yes, there is a current limit of 1 supplier per category. If you wish to add extras on - this can be done in your initial 30 minute consultation after the $99 booking fee is paid.  ie. booking a DJ for 5 hour package, you can then ask in your consultant for an additional musician for ceremony etc

How can I swap or remove a supplier in their package?

You can easily press the "swap" button located in the top right corner above the originally selected supplier. You will get a preview of other supplier options, including the price difference, and can select the desired supplier to replace the original one. You can also press the 'remove' button to take that supplier out completely. Just a minimum of 4 suppliers are required to make the package and take advantage of the exclusive discounts.

How can I view information and profiles of the available suppliers?

You can view a short description and preview of the supplier. You can also click on a link to view the supplier's profile on the website. In addition, some suppliers may have an introductory video explaining their business and why they're unique.

Are there additional add-ons available for each supplier category?

Yes, in each category, you can see additional add-ons tailored to that specific supplier and category. You can either tick the box or add multiples of the items you need ie. Bridesmaids/guests for hair and makeup or Wedding albums for photography etc

What payment options are available?

We have a few options available! Most couples choose our 20%, 40%, 40% payment options which means you pay your first 20% within 3 weeks of your package being confirmed, the next 40% 6 months before the wedding date and the remaining 40% (minus the intial $99 deposit) 60 days prior to the wedding.  You can chat to our team about monthly and full payment options available as well - depending on the date of your wedding.

Photography

Photography is important to capture your day and view and share in the years to come. Our photographers offer different package options ranging from 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, 12 hour and full day packages.

Couples often choose their photography packages based off the length of time for what you want captured throughout the day.

This is generally enough time for the photographer to cover some getting ready time, the ceremony and start of the reception.

This package is perfect for covering the preparation shots, ceremony, after ceremony photo time, and all the key elements of your reception.

The majority of couples choose a 10-hour package, as it gives the photographer the ability to capture everything from getting ready all the way to the dancefloor.

If you don’t want your photographer to miss a single moment, we suggest booking a full-day 12-hour or full day package. You'll have more than enough footage to update your Instagram for a lifetime!

Videography

Videography is important to capture your day and view and share in the years to come. Video is similarly priced to photography, there’s the time spent filming plus a lot of time spent editing after the big day. Our videographers offer different package options ranging from 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, 12 hour and full day packages.

Celebrant

Every celebrant has their own personality. It’s important to choose a marriage celebrant who matches you and your partner’s personalities and can perfectly capture your unique love story with words.

Consider male or female, personality type (i.e. funny & Bubbly, down to earth, formal, spiritual etc) and if a religious ceremony is required.

Music

Consider your two aspects of your wedding with your entertainment - Ceremony and reception. Are you looking for a DJ, Solo or Duo, or a live band! Most Ceremonies will need to consider pre-ceremony, the ceremony itself and then post ceremony/canape hours.

A DJ usually starts playing at the start of the reception and is hired for the duration (5-6hrs)

Acoustic Duo

Acoustic Duos are great if you are looking to have the live music atmosphere - indie covers of all the classics make for a beautiful wedding vibe.

3 Piece Band

If you are after the upbeat, dancing, groovy tunes a band is the way to go!

4 Piece Band

For specific instruments, like trumpet, saxophone or keyboard, we suggest looking into a band with more than 3 musicians.

5+ Piece Band

Wanting to rock, jazz, swing and dance the night away? A large band is the perfect option!

Transport / Cars

Wedding transportation is another crucial element to consider for your wedding. Things to consider: how do you imagine arriving at your wedding? How many people will need to be transported? Do you need a late night transfer back to your accommodation? And how many hours will the car be required? Do you want two different types of cars for your day?

Most transport options start with a 3 hour minimum hire for weddings with the following style options:

Limousines can seat anywhere from 10 - 16 passengers. Expect a red carpet and a celebrity style entrance.

Hummer Limousine

Hummer Limousines are all the rage for larger bridal parties - with extra leg room, the whole bride tribe can comfortably sit inside on the way to your big day.

Classic Car

When booking your hair and makeup for your wedding you need to consider a couple of things. What style are you looking for - minimal/natural or Luxe/Glamour, Up-do, down style etc.

You may also like to consider how many Bridesmaids or guests you’d like to include in the booking also. This may include Mothers and family members you’d like to pamper, Junior bridesmaids and flowergirls for hair only.
