We left about 15minutes after time but they did not give us the extra time which they said they would. The balloon decorations was only permitted internally so not worth the money paid. Change of Marina rules so not their fault from 1st March 24. Positives Only saving grace was the upstairs the top deck was lovely and clean and we spent all our time out there. We would have gone out the front but the weather changed the last hour with rain, so didn't get to use it. The staff were lovely. We were able to bring our own food and drinks on board.
