Offered by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht RINI V is a 120 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski. RINI V spends the summer and winter season in Greece. She was delivered by the famous yacht builder Posillipo in 2009. A well-done refit was completed in 2017. The well-planned yacht layout features 6 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

RINI V is classified as a superyacht. The generously sized aft deck elegantly connects to the the heart of the yacht - the main saloon. The main saloon is a gathering space with comfortable seating and entertainment areas and serves as a location of entertainment. 6 tasteful cabins are thoughtfully spread out to allow for comfortable access and private setting.

Giannis Marianos Captain Greek | Speaks English Captain Giannis Marianos studied at the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and is certified in GMDSS, SHIP SECURITY, FIRE FIGHTING, LIFE SAVING, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. He is a holder of CAPTAIN CLASS A’ DIPLOMA. Captain Giannis has 22 years of experience navigating all types of passenger ships and for the past 14 years he is in the captain’s position in ‘’RINI-V’. Among his myriad duties, the main one is to ensure the safety of the guests and crew. His experience of the Greek seas is enough to guarantee his guests will travel to the most memorable places of the Greek islands with the safety that they want to feel, as well as the fact that his sense of humour ensures a superbly run yacht with a happy crew that delivers the ultimate service. When not in command, you will find him fishing, sailing, and enjoying quiet strolls on the beach as well as enjoying fine wine and food tasting. Dimitris Valvis Chief Engineer Greek | Speaks English and German Dimitris is a qualified Chief Engineer, who graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy in Aspropirgos. He is a certified holder of First Aid, Fire Fighting, and Life-Saving Diplomas. He is originally from Santorini Island and has eleven years of experience on a wide range of vessels before settling on a career in yachting. He oversees the overall management of the Engineering department and maintenance of all safety and critical equipment. His mechanical aptitude, engineering knowledge, and energetic personality ensure that all the equipment, systems, tenders, and water toys are running smoothly. He is very committed to ensuring both the comfort and security of our guests. George loves water sports activities and cycling. A sailor at heart, he enjoys travelling extensively.

Most expenses are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a fund that is added on top of the charter price. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled). New to charter, available in the Mediterranean and Greek Islands, RINI V is an impressive and welcoming 120ft (36.5m) Posillipo Technema luxury motor yacht with professional crew of seven to attend to its 12 charter guests.

Elegant and spacious, abounding in Italian design, RINI V has a massive sundeck with sunpads, lounges, dining table and bar for entertaining and soaking up the sun all year round, with a retractable awning for protection during the heat of the day. Then there’s an additional large entertaining space on the aft deck, complete with dining table for 12.

Light, airy and beautifully decorated with a neutral palette of beige and pale timber, RINI V has large wraparound windows in her spacious saloon, comfortable lounges, high-tech Apple TV, Nova Satellite and DVD, and a separate dining room for formal occasions.

ACCOMMODATION

The full-beam Master suite on the main deck affords brilliant 270° views. RINI V’s additional staterooms include a second Master stateroom, two VIP staterooms and two twin staterooms with Pullmans on the lower deck. The décor is chic and contemporary, with plenty of storage space, ensuites for each cabin and AC throughout.

LEISURE & WATERSPORTS

RINI V has two tenders onboard, a ZAR 430 RIB tender, and a Novurania tender for day trips and towing, plus a Seadoo three-seater jetski, two-seater canoe, two stand up paddleboards, Seabob, inflatables, tubes, waterskis, fishing equipment and snorkeling gear.

How to book a yacht charter?

Our dedicated charter consultant will help you select the right yacht, based on your needs and preferences, plan your itinerary and help arrange all logistics before, during and after the charter.

Send us your travel requirements, through our online form, or contact us directly and one of our consultants will guide you though the whole process.

How much is the crew gratuity (tip)?

A crew gratuity is customary but at the Charterer’s discretion. Usually varies from 10% to 20% of the charter fee, based on the charterer’s satisfaction.

What is the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA)?

The Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) covers any running expenses while on board (e.g. transport, fuel, food & drink supplies, berthing dues, harbor charges, agency fees, equipment requested etc.). The APA is usually calculated as 30-40% of the charter fee, depending on the yacht. At the end of the charter, the captain will present to the charterer a detailed analysis of all expenses. Any APA not spent or any costs not covered sufficiently by the APA, will be settled between the parties at the end of the charter.

How is the charter rate calculated?

The charter rate, usually different for high and low seasons, is quoted per week.

For charters longer than a week, the charter rate is calculated by dividing the weekly rate by seven and multiplying by the number of charter days.

Charters lasting less than a week are usually calculated by dividing the weekly rate by six and multiplying by the number of charter days.

What support does OCEDA offer during the charter process?

We remain on hand throughout the charter to assist in any support required by our charterer clients such as organising an event onboard, booking restaurants, activities and handling any health and safety emergencies.

Oceda also can provide full support to the crew onboard via our agency team such as itinerary planning, the handling of all port formalities, provisioning and fuelling of the yacht.

What are the charter duration and booking lead time?

The charter duration depends on the yacht’s availability. A charter can last from 1 day (for some of the yachts) to more than a month, also depending on how long the charterer wants to charter. To ensure finding the perfect yacht for you we recommend that clients reach out to us at least 6 months in advance to the high season and up to three months in advance for off-peak season.

What are the costs the charter fee covers?

Under MYBA terms, the charter fee only covers the hire of the yacht with the crew on board. All additional expenses are covered by the chartering party. To cover such expenses an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is required to cover any provisioning, fueling mooring and legal fees. Any APA not spent or any costs not covered sufficiently by the APA paid will be settled between the parties at the end of the charter. The APA is usually calculated as 30-40% of the charter fee. The charterer should also consider VAT and potential gratuities to the crew for their decision on a yacht.

What kind of yachts are available for charter?

There is a huge selection of yachts available for charter with motor and sailing yachts ranging from a few meters to 90m plus. Depending on the needs of the charterer, in OCEDA we can find a yacht that suits your needs, whether that is one with a vast selection of water toys for a family charter or a classic sailing yacht.

What are the main charter seasons?

There are two main peak seasons in the yachting industry – summer and winter. The summer season spans from May to October with the Mediterranean and Northern Europe being the most popular choices, while the winter season starts in November through April with the Caribbean, Florida and the Indian Ocean usually being the location of choice.

RINI's main salon is contemporary in design, with a neutral palette of beige and pale timber, and features relaxing sofas, an entertainment center and a formal dining area.

Stepping out onto the aft deck, guests can enjoy alfresco dining at the large table. Head upstairs to the massive stylish sundeck that features sun loungers, a dining area, bar, two large U-shaped sofas with cocktail tables and a retractable awning for protection during the heat of the day. The shaded aft deck, is directly accessed from the sliding doors in the salon and features a stunning high gloss alfresco dining table and seating. Further aft is a full beam swim platform, where guests will easily be able to enjoy the great assortment of water toys on offer. On the upper level is a spacious sundeck, complete with alfresco dining, large sunpads, seating with cocktail tables, service bar, chaise loungers and retractable Bimini top.

Amanda, the yacht itself was amazing – beautifully kept, maintained and presented – an ideal choice for ease, comfort and style for this group. The Chef was above and beyond… his food absolutely “SUPERB”! We were blown away by the Greek food despite reservations going in, and ended up eating only Greek “the entire time” and absolutely loved it. I found the crew and the service to be SUPER ATTENTIVE and excellent. Always with a smile and good grace, despite being asked for things constantly by all guests. Two of the guests had never had any interest in visiting Greece and were completely turned around by this experience. They absolutely loved Greece, the history, culture, and food – everything about their time there. Giannis organized such a fantastic time and great experiences, “managing” the group when some wanted to lay about on the boat, some wanted to go to the beach while some wanted to explore… The crew complied with all requests and preferences, took care of us and our needs so well and graciously. The dining room is fore of the living room making one large open airy space decorated in light hues. The Master stateroom furthest fore has fabulous panoramic windows offering unique views of the sea.  Dining can be had in the open air on the aft deck or on the upper deck as well.  Here there are comfortable seating areas and large lounge cushions for sun bathing …

Across RINI V’s three decks, guests will find plenty of spots to relax in the sun, socialise and dine.

The split-level sun deck has huge appeal, with an alfresco dining area to aft, free-standing sun loungers, deep-cushioned sun pads, and optional shade provided by the retractable roof panel.

On the main deck, there’s a large dining table to aft, sheltered by the overhang of the deck above, and steps lead down on either side to the swim platform.

In the main saloon, sofas line the port and starboard sides, and lead onto a formal dining area.  The interior benefits from plenty of natural light and pale woods, partnered with upholstery in neutral tones, keep the space bright and welcoming.

RINI V has accommodation for 12 guests in six en suite cabins with a configuration comprising four doubles and two twins (plus additional Pullman bunks).

The yacht is equipped with a great selection of water toys, including a SeaDoo jet ski, two SeaBobs, a wakeboard and water skis, and a huge array of towable inflatables.

The RINI V is a spectacular 120-foot luxury motor yacht, Italian-built by Posillipo and refitted in 2017, and is now available for charter in Greece. With its elegant and modern design, RINI V boasts 6 luxurious staterooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The interior design, by Cantieri Navali Rizzardi, features a bright and fresh design, with fashionable light wood, large windows, and an abundance of natural light, providing a luminous ambiance that is sure to brighten anyone’s day.

Rini V is a luxury charter yacht built by Italian shipyard Posillipo-Rizzardi as Technema 120 model delivered in 2009. Her exterior lines and naval architecture is by the yard In House designers with light and airy interior by Carlo Galeazzi. Rini V offers fantastic and spacious fly-bridge equipped with Al-fresco table, BBQ, ice-maker, Bimini for shade and sunbathing areas. Her main deck boasts spacious salon with the formal dining table and seating area with large flat TV and an entertainment system.

Rini V sleeps up to twelve charter guests in four double and two twin air-conditioned cabins. Full beam master cabin is based on the main deck level forward of salon and feature large windows, king-size bed, large en-suite bath, wardrobe, sofa and a table. Lower deck houses VIP cabin offering a king-sized bed, spacious en-suite, double cabin with a queen sized bed and en-suite with the shower and two twin cabins each with two single beds, Pullman bunk beds and shower en-suites in each. Rini V offers following audio visual gear on board: flat TV’s, SAT TV, Apple TV, DVD players and WiFi internet via 3G/LTE routers where available.

Powered by two MTU 16V 2000 M91 diesel engines generating in total 7300 BHP, she can reach up to 27.0 Knots with cruising range of 500 Nautical Miles at speed of 23.0 Knots. She is manned by experienced and professional marine crew of seven, familiar with Greek coast and islands. Rini V offers a fantastic range of sea water sports gear listed herein below and two tenders.

All information are subject to change without notice. Yacht charter prices are for a one-week charter or per day. Exact pricing and/ or any other detail will be confirmed in charter contract.

Greek VAT is 11.5 % and that is extra.

We use HYBA (Hellenic Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.

Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
