Love this hotel

3rd visit and again not disappointed. Location is great close to everything especially the bus station. Fantastic service from the staff. Room very quiet and great to have the outside sitting area. SkyTV was a bonus

Lovely hotel with genuinely friendly staff who made us very welcome. The hotel was super clean and the rooms were very comfy. Only there for a few days and didn't have time for the spa - so much to see and do on Jersey. Fab time!

We spent 3 nights at the Royal Yacht Hotel, using it as a base to explore the island. The staff could not have done more to make us feel relaxed and welcome. My husband was able to order a dish from The Grill menu even though we were seated in the Café Zephyr restaurant. At breakfast, the staff addressed us by name when bringing coffee and toast. Little touches that make a big difference. The rooms were clean and bright. The hotel is ideally situated next to the Jersey Museum ( a great place to start your trip ) and very near the Liberation Bus Station (an ideal way to see the island). The small spa provided a relaxing hour at the end of a day spent walking and sightseeing. Again the staff could not have been more helpful, robes, slippers and towels were all provided. We would not only recommend this hotel to others, but will certainly return there ourselves.

As usual a shopping trip to Jersey is not compete without staying at The Royal Yacht. Perfect location, superb rooms, worth upgrading to Gold or Platinum, clean spacious rooms, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

fantastic place to stay in jersey, will definetly be back, staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and helped me with my mom who was in a wheelchair. Joel the concierge was so helpful and could'nt do enough for us. thankyou royal yatch we will be booking again

The Royal Yacht is a superb hotel. The location is ideal, with views over the harbour and Liberation Square and literally a minute or two walk from the main shopping streets. There are many restaurants surrounding the hotel and a convenience store just around the corner should you need it. We were lucky enough to stay in Mooncatcher, one of the Penthouse Suites, which was a real treat for me and the kids. We loved the jacuzzi and it was such a lovely experience to be sitting in there looking up at the stars after an evening meal! Even on a rainy April night it was warm and blissful. The suite was beautiful - light, airy, spacious and tastefully furnished. The bathroom had a fantastic shower, bath, tv in the bathroom and double sinks. There were also some good quality complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels, bathrobes and slippers. When we returned back from dinner the main bed had been turned down with rose petals scattered on the bed and tea/coffee/water/cups and glasses replenished. Breakfast the next morning was very good with a choice of full English buffet, freshly cooked eggs any way you like, smoked salmon, meats, cheeses, pastries and cereals. Toast and tea and coffee were served at your table. As other reviewers have said, the staff really make everything at this hotel extra special. We were treated as if we were the most important people in the world. They were so welcoming, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel. We loved this hotel and very much look forward to returning!
