The 46.7m/153'3" 'Asya' motor yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Heesen is available for charter for up to 12 guests in 5 cabins. This yacht features interior styling by English designer Bannenberg & Rowell.

Motor yacht Asya boasts a wealth of convivial spaces, perfect for luxury yacht charters with families of friends, offering ample opportunities to kick back and relax, or enjoy the water on the yacht's array of water toys, the choice is yours.

Guest Accommodation

Families will particularly love Asya thanks to her child-friendly setup. Built in 2015, She offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests with a layout comprising a master suite, two double cabins and two twin cabins. The bed configuration includes 1 king, 2 queen, 4 doubles and 2 pullmans. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

You and your guests can enjoy a variety of experiences on Asya such as a deck jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy the scenery with your favourite drink in hand.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you such as Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. You can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Asya is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 4,000 nautical miles from her 60,000 litre fuel tanks at cruising speed. Asya features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels.

Asya knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with an extensive selection of action packed water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. Take to the sea on a Jet Ski offering you power and control on the water. Additionally, there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. In addition there are two waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Asya also features scuba diving equipment, a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks, kneeboards. When it's time to travel from land to see, it couldn't be easier with a Dariel Tender.

Asya is available upon request for charter this winter. She is already accepting bookings this summer for cruising in the Mediterranean.

ASYA Yacht for Charter

ASYA is a luxurious 153-foot (47m) displacement motor yacht, constructed by Heesen Yachts and delivered in 2015. ASYA boasts a sophisticated exterior design by Frank Laupman from Omega Architects and a first-class reputation for charters.

This superyacht’s style combines traditional elegance with contemporary lines that compliment her sophisticated interior, designed by Bannenberg & Rowell.

Charter yacht ASYA can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in five luxurious staterooms. Each stateroom is inviting with its warm color palette and plush beds. The yacht’s full-beam master suite is located on the main deck and features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a study. Further guest staterooms are located on the lower deck. They include two double cabins and two twin cabins with Pullmans. Each stateroom is complete with its own en-suite facility. ASYA’s crew are accommodated towards the bow, and their quarters feature a separate crew mess and access stairway. While aboard the crew will ensure guests have the utmost privacy and first-class service.

ASYA’s symmetrically styled main salon is subtly divided into three impressive and different living areas. Within this is a formal dining space with a large Makassar ebony topped dining table that can seat up to 12 guests, a lounge area with a games table, cinema setup and a concealed bar and wine room.

The exterior spaces of superyacht ASYA provide the perfect family environment with a large aft lounging area, an upper deck terrace featuring alfresco dining space, and a sundeck. The sundeck is complete with a Jacuzzi, fully equipped bar and sunpads. All the yacht’s deck areas are protected by steel and glass barriers providing a safe environment for children.

ASYA is equipped with a fantastic selection of tenders and water toys, which can be enjoyed from the yacht’s fantastic beach club.

Guests arriving by tender will find a broad swim platform with two staircases leading up onto the main deck aft, where there is an effortless flow between the sky lounge and the upper deck aft, where guests can dine alfresco at the impressive table accompanied by 12 plush chairs, with views out across the horizon. After the meal, there are sofas along the aft where guests can gather in smaller groups to continue the conversation. The upper deck foredeck is fitted with a U-shaped seating area with a raised table for alfresco dining and spreading out with hobbies, while a large sun pad creates a place where more than one guest can sunbathe.

On the sundeck, the spectacular raised Jacuzzi on the bow is surrounded by plush sunpads and guests can marvel at the colours in the sunset skies while sipping on a cocktail or conversing with loved ones. Directly behind there are four sun loungers, while amidships in the shade there is an alfresco dining table for up to 12 guests and an adjacent bar. To the aft the central section is left clear while a sofa flows in one continuous line along the stern.

The lower deck stern contains the tender garage and water toys and connects to the main deck via a small staircase. The guest accommodation is located forward of the engine room and contains two double cabins and two twin cabins, each with en-suite facilities. The crew are accommodated in the bow where there is also a mess and access the space via their own separate stairway.

On the main deck, the full-beam Master suite is a beautiful light-filled space using texture and muted colours for a tranquil environment. There is a forward en-suite bathroom with tub, a walk-in wardrobe and a study for guests to enjoy spending time in solitude on their own pursuits.

ASYA Specifications

Behind the main foyer, the formal dining area and main salon combine to form one large space, which is decorated in silk, pale oak and Makassar wood for a finely crafted appearance. Silver and gold tones with accents in orange create a welcoming space, where guests can lounge on the sofas before dining alfresco at the square dining table.

The bright and airy skylounge uses glossy white panelling to reflect the light, emphasising the sense of space while guests unwind on the sofas, watching TV or having a drink at the bar.

The accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 cabins: 1 Master suite, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. The crew of 9 will ensure that everyone on board is well taken care of while providing a discreet service.

'Crossing borders and Synergy' is the operative logo of Omega Architects. The company was founded by Frank Laupman in 1995. Ever since then he has worked on architecture, yachts and interiors. He was able to ‘cross the borders’ of his own background and finish designs in areas of different nature.

Motor yacht ASYA is a luxurious 47-metre displacement vessel, constructed by the leading Dutch shipyard, Heesen Yachts. Superyacht ASYA boasts sophisticated exterior design by Frank Laupman from Omega Architects which combines elegant traditional lines with contemporary flair, a marriage emphasised by the continuous glass windows and matching black paintwork on the main deck and upper decks. Her launch was in 2015.

Simplicity as the ultimate form of sophistication is the guiding principle of ASYA ’s interior design. Her sophisticated interior from the London-based and award-winning studio Bannenberg & Rowell has a distinctly Far Eastern, restful feel, inspired by the designs of Dieter Rams, Frank Lloyd-Wright and Tadao Ando. The main saloon on ASYA features three subtly divided living areas. Entering through the aft door, a library-like space is framed by book niches, some of which are protected by coloured-glass doors and underlined by polished stainless-steel details.

In the original concept there was a partition between the seating and dining areas of the multi-function saloon, but the owner chose to change to an airy, open-plan environment. At the forward end of ASYA ’s saloon, the imposing dining table with its shiny Makassar ebony top can seat up to 12.

Daily life on ASYA takes place mostly outside or in the panoramic bridge-deck saloon, an informal and extremely comfortable room whose layout breaks the orthogonal geometry we have seen up to now. Following the superstructure curve, the interior design enhances the saloon’s spaciousness.

A large circular ceiling detail unifies the design and the layout of the furniture. A round games table, two C-shaped sofas, a circular rug and coffee tables respect the geometry of the room, which turns into a cinema for the family when the large television is switched on. Concealed behind a door to starboard is a bar and wine room.

ASYA ’s lower deck houses four guest cabins amidships — two doubles and two large twins — which are arranged along a cosy lobby and present the same decor and style featured above. Silver-grey oak joinery provides a warm atmosphere, while cabinetry and bedside cabinets feature ebony tops and bases sandwiching a cool off-white lacquer.

ASYA ’s family-friendly character extends outdoors to areas such as the main aft deck, which offers a large lounging area, and the upper deck terrace, which is equipped with an alfresco dining space. Higher still, the sundeck provides sufficient space and amenities to enjoy life at sea en plein air.

With its panoramic superyacht spa pool forward, and a fully equipped bar, sunbeds and C-shaped sofa abaft, this deck is the right spot to relax under the sun or stars. ASYA ’s stairs are protected by steel and glass barriers and gates for the safety of the owner’s children.

Heesen motor yacht Asya now for sale with BlackOrange and Denison

The 47 metre Heesen motor yacht Asya has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by BlackOrange Yachts with Denison Yachting.

Built in steel and aluminium by Heesen , Asya was launched in 2015 as the second hull in the Dutch yard's restyled 47 metre full displacement class, with exterior design by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects . She sports a Heesen hallmark “pelican” bow with traditional lines and continuous glass windows. 

Asya can sleep up to 12 guests in five cabins, comprised of a full-beam owner’s suite, two doubles and two twin cabins each with an additional Pullman berth. Heesen said the guiding principle of the yacht's interior was simplicity, which was penned by London-based and award-winning studio Bannenberg & Rowell . Her décor features fresh gloss white lacquer paired with bleached wenge and maccassar ebony.

The main saloon features a large lounge with sofas and coffee tables to port and starboard, a formal dining table forward and houses a library-like space framed by book niches, some of which are protected by coloured-glass doors and underlined by polished stainless-steel details. Above, the upper saloon provides a more informal setting for guests to kick back with two semi-circular sofas and a round games table. Come evening, the room can be turned into a cinema complete with a bar and wine room concealed behind a door.

The restyling of the 47 metre platform included a significant change to the housing of the rescue tender in an enclosed bay in front of the wheelhouse, offering a cleaner exterior.

Power comes from twin MTU 8V 4000 M63 diesel engines delivering a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 4,000Nm at 12 knots. 

Asya is asking €21,900,000.

Russia Arrests Three Officials Over Heating Outages South of Moscow

KLIMOVSK, Russia (Reuters) -Russian investigators said on Tuesday they had arrested three people over heating outages south of Moscow that have sent regional officials scrambling to restore services and drawn scrutiny from the Kremlin.

Authorities blamed the breakdown on failures at a boiler plant owned by a private ammunition factory. The heads of the heating plant and the factory were arrested on suspicion of providing unsafe services, investigators said in a statement.

The deputy head of the local administration was also detained on suspicion of certifying the heating plant as adequate for winter despite allegedly knowing about defects that needed to be fixed.

The situation is embarrassing for authorities at a time when President Vladimir Putin is embarking on a campaign to be re-elected in March and voters are looking for assurances that the state can maintain decent living standards and public services despite the costs of the war in Ukraine.

Putin's victory is not in doubt, but supporters of jailed opposition leader Alexei Navalny say the campaign offers a chance for them to connect with voters and highlight problems in the country that they blame on his 24-year rule.

The Kremlin said Putin had discussed the situation late on Monday with Moscow regional governor Andrei Vorobyov and other officials, and "titanic" efforts were being made to resolve the situation.

Residents gathered in a local sports centre on Tuesday to escape their freezing homes. Larisa, a financial manager, said the temperature in her apartment was about 4 Celsius (39 Fahrenheit).

"There has been no heating for six days already. Tomorrow will be a week," she said, adding that the electricity supply was too erratic to turn on a TV or a fridge.

Another woman, Valentina, said the authorities had promised that everything would be fixed in the course of the day "but we don't know whether to believe it or not".

Governor Vorobyov posted a stream of updates on social media and said the boiler plant in question was being taken over by local authorities and would be modernised and restaffed.

It was not immediately clear if the Klimovsk Specialised Cartridge Plant, the factory that owned the heating plant, was being nationalised.State arms corporation Rostec said it was "vital" to proceed with the nationalisation of the factory.

"An appeal to this effect to the president is already being prepared," Rostec said in a statement. "This will allow for all tasks to be fulfilled for production and social needs, both for the plant and in overall terms, and for order to be restored."

Rostec, it said, was prepared to take over the plant as it already had a stake in it and currently brought together about 90% of arms-producing plants in the country.

Moscow and the surrounding region have suffered an unusually harsh winter. The temperature in Klimovsk was -8 Celsius on Tuesday, mild by the standard of recent weeks.

Russia grapples with freezing crisis. Heat failure leaves towns in the grip of bitter cold

T here's an increasing number of shocking images from towns around Moscow appearing on social media due to this crisis. Freezing water in stairwells, cracked radiators, and iced-over walls and windowsills inside apartments serve as visual proof of the combined effects of a heating network failure and severe frost.

"They forgot their own citizens"

"While Russian authorities and propagandists were busy conjuring up terrifying tales about Europe freezing without Russian gas, they completely overlooked their citizens," stated former Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

Gerashchenko shared a recording showing towns near Moscow being swallowed by ice. Handrails, steps, and apartment doors are covered with thick ice crust. The living conditions inside apartments fare no better, with icy walls and windowsills.

Other posts on Platform X reveal severe effects of the heating network failure and freezing temperatures. Pipes and radiators in homes have cracked. One noteworthy recording was made in Klimovsk, about 31 miles from Moscow, home to approximately 60,000 residents.

Gerashchenko's grim prediction

According to Gerashchenko, the problem of freezing homes has been plaguing 20 towns in the Moscow region for several days. Local heating networks and substations could not cope with the extreme cold exceeding -22 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. The former head of Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that utility service workers promise everything will be fixed "shortly". However, he remains doubtful about these assurances as radiators and heaters in many apartments have already started to crack.

"While Putin spends billions of rubles on missiles to attack Ukraine, people freeze in their own homes in regions of Russia that are supposedly 'rising from its knees'," Gerashchenko concluded his post.

Per the weather report from Your Weather Service, the harsh weather is expected to linger over Moscow for at least two more weeks. Bitter frost, often dropping below -22 degrees Fahrenheit, will continue to prevail.
