| Click on the pictures below to read more reviews Want to take an adventure that allows you to unpack your bag once and not have to worry about anything else for the next few weeks, then the Albatross is the sailboat you want. Adriana and Radu will make you feel at home the moment you step foot on the boat. My family has NEVER repeated vacations to any destinations UNTIL we sailed with the Albatross. The first time we sailed was 6/2015. Our kids were 10 and 8 at the time. We brought another couple with us for a total of 6 people on board. The berths on the boat were very comfortable and meticulously clean. The galley has a small fridge/freezer and there is a stove and oven should you want to cook. Plenty of storage space for all your food and snacks. You set sail right away and the adventure begins. Everyday was a new island destination and we would stop for a mid morning swim in a secluded cove somewhere along the way. The kids and the adults loved jumping off the boat, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding or just swimming around. All the gear is already on the boat, just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen. After eating lunch on the boat we would return pull up anchor and continue to our destination for the evening. Before you set anchor or pull up to the dock, Adriana gives you information about the island, the best beaches and points of interest, modes of transportation and even restaurant recommendations. All you have to do is decide on what best fits your groups interests. She makes it so easy you don't need to spend hours combing through books wondering what the best sites to see are. She can and will even call ahead to arrange a cab for you if you need it. Our 10 and 8 years old kids loved the trip so much, as did us parents, that we returned in 2019 and sailed again. Like I said we NEVER repeat trips so we insisted on seeing new islands and ports. Our first 2 week trip in 2015 took us to the Cyclade islands and the second 2 week trip in 2019 we went to the Dodecanese. Our kids were 14 and 12 this time and still loved everyday of the trip, until we had to leave. We told Adriana and Radu to start building another 2 week itinerary for us as we are considering and will probably be back for a third time. Truly cannot say enough great things about this experience. Adriana and Radu will make your trip into a personalized adventure tailor made for your family or friends. We were a group of five adults with several trips to our credit. We had an amazing week with Adriana and Radu. Not only have we sailed in a magical setting, we have also benefited from the experience of our guides. Adriana and Radu do everything to make our experience perfect. The boat is impeccably clean and very well maintained. At each island our hosts gave us advices and recommendations on the sites to see and their advices were always very good. In addition, the stops in the small bays little attended are magic. They are always on the lookout for questions and requests. I do more than recommend because we are going back next year! You must live this experience .Thank you Adriana and Radu! See you next year ! . What an awesome experience we shared with family and friends on our amazing three-week charter with Adriana and Radu on the Albatross! Our holiday far exceeded my expectations thanks to the special care and hospitality given to us by Adriana and Radu. They made this a very special holiday for me, my family, and closet friends. From my first email inquiry two years prior to boarding the Albatross, Adriana was very responsive and provided me with all the information I needed to ensure I chose the proper charter of the Greek Islands. Once aboard, Adriana and Radu surpassed all my expectations for ensuring we had a safe and fulfilling experience. Everything from selecting our daily routes, visiting beautiful harbors and towns, to recommendations for sights to see and places to eat was spot on! I can’t imagine a better time with a better crew to see the Greek Islands from a local perspective. I give Adriana and Radu 5+ Stars for a holiday of a lifetime- Thank you! A year ago we started researching for a spectacular ending to our 5 month European adventure. We decided that a casual cruise around some Greek islands would do the trick. After contacting Adriana and exchanging a few e-mails, we were left with no doubt as to which charter we were going to choose. Adriana is passionate about her sailing and sharing the wonders of Greece with all. From the moment we met Adriana at Skippers we felt immediately “at home”. We were introduced to Radu & the Albatross and got settled in quickly. These guys had thought of absolutely everything! The boat was fully equipped and the Charter Starter was a blessing and covered most, if not all what we needed. We were after a hassle-free, relaxing, yet exciting adventure and that is exactly what we got! We had no particular agenda but the brief was to take us to some beaches, swimming spots, fishing villages, historical sites. We all discussed and decided upon a rough itinerary (subject to weather conditions) on the 1st day before leaving, and although we had to change it during the trip, there was always an amazing alternative offered up by this great knowledgeable team. At each stop, Adriana would share her extensive knowledge of the area with us, complete with recommendations of what to do, where to eat, where to hire a car etc. Everything was just as she had said & we had a great time at each. Adriana & Radu are an incredible team that were completely in sync. Thank you so much for an epic high & unforgettable experience. All the best for your future & we hope that we are in it somewhere! If you're looking to sail in Greece I think you should check this out. From the initial email exchanges with Adriana to the last day of sail, everything was perfect. Our expectations were exceeded by the friendliness, kindness, and professionalism of Adriana and Radu. They know the islands like their back pocket and sailing is their passion. In every place we stopped they had recommendations for us where to go, what to see, where to eat, and they were spot on with everything. The sailing was nice and smooth, the boat is updated with all new navigation gadgets and it top condition. Besides the people and the boat, other things to consider: 1) from my research they are the only ones with a flexible schedule, all other charter boats are on a Sunday to Saturday pattern that may not fit your plans; 2) they do not go through a broker, Adriana answers all the emails and the info you get is specific and correct; 3) the prices are set (not + fuel, or + port and other fees, or any other creative gimmicks); 4) they are flexible (time, itinerary and all). Thank you Adriana and Radu. This was the 2nd trip for us on Albatross with Adrianna and Radu; first time for the other couple that came with us. It was as fantastic as the first time and our friends also completely enjoyed the 2 weeks of sailing. Their sailing and local knowledge are amazing. The boat is large, stable and comfortable. The itinerary was planned based on weather and our wishes, and Adriana briefed us on each spot when we arrived (worth taking notes or recording this!). They are always there and willing to do whatever is needed to make the trip amazing, and at same time they have the ability to stay out of the way (not always easy on a sailboat :) ). We already have others asking to join us the next time!! If you only visit Greece once, sail. Sail into the harbors of the old villages and truly experience their breathtaking beauty. Imagine what it was like hundreds or thousands of years ago... So much history and beauty awaits! If you only sail once, sail with Captain Radu and the lovely Adriana aboard the Albatross! We had the honor of meeting them and spending a week on board. It was the best vacation decision we've ever made. Radu is an amazing captain - I (a skeptical and nervous soul who has never sailed) felt immediately comfortable and confident in his ability. It was clear that we had the best skipper in all of Greece (ha!), seriously though, I am so grateful we chose to sail with him. Adriana is so much more informative than I had anticipated. Every time we docked she recommended things to do, told us a bit about the history, and gave us the general lay of the land. Most importantly, she told us where to eat. Eat exactly where Adriana tells you to eat and you will have experienced the best food that island has to offer. Not to mention the dreamy ambiance of the restaurants... As I mentioned I am a very skeptical and cautions person. Adriana made the whole booking experience smooth, she replied promptly and explained in detail how the process works. Had she not been such a professional, I wouldn't have booked at all - we would've likely stayed at a hotel in Santorini or something like that. I am forever grateful that we stumbled upon Blue Water Sailing and chartered a private yacht! (I would've never before even considered it was possible) We booked the first week of October. The weather was perfect and the water was about 75F, nice and warm. The ports were less busy and we got to experience towns like Hydra without being surrounded by tons of other tourists. Thank you so much Adriana and Radu! Read more of our reviews on our . |
David M, that sailed with us in October was writing: If you are after a yet adventure that is exactly what you will get: and visit as possible in a week - each day you will be visiting a new destination. “We were 2 couples on their brand new Saona catamaran for 7 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our days at sea and our nights at port. We had breakfast and lunch on board and dinner ashore at a different island or port every night… It was a lovely experience and we recommend this company!”

“This is my second trip on Greek Seas. That should say it all. First trip was a week and this one was 10 days. Another Great experience this time with Kostas and Mary… Islands were great, food was fantastic. Mary is a food magician. Kostas knows the islands backwards and forwards and helped us choose the right islands. Definitely recommend this group if you want a trip of a life time.”
“We had a great week sailing around the islands. We’d never been sailing before and had no real idea what to expect. However the skipper was very knowledgeable and professional. We had our daughter with us and I felt at all times that our safety was his priority. We saw some fantastic sights as well as being asked what we wanted to get out of the holiday. I would recommend Greek Seas without hesitation.”

How do I choose the right yacht? How much does a yacht charter in Greece cost? And where is the best place to charter? We give you concrete information and facts about luxury charters in Greece, including market trends , transparent prices ( $15k to $250k weekly ), information about weather patterns and overcrowding, and the best Greece yacht charter deals and itineraries. -Our team consists of sailors and ex-charter crew!
Lots of companies will try to sell you the usual Greek Islands-turquoise waters pitch, focusing on famous destinations such as Santorini and Mykonos, not us. Truth is that apart from being overcrowded with tourists , the most hyped Greek Islands are also located in one of Greece’s windiest areas, and not just a quick sail from Athens.
We go beyond the usual destinations with recommendations directly from Captains and insights gained at yearly yacht shows and captain seminars to give you a more authentic charter experience in Greece
Most yachts are based in athens.
The majority of our crewed charters in Greece depart from Athens to the Cyclades and the Saronic Gulf . Despite the Cyclades being the location we see most clients inquire about (because of the attractive islands of Mykonos and Santorini ), Greece has many more amazing destinations on offer.
It is important to keep in mind that the most hyped islands are quite crowded in the peak months, and despite the limitations made on cruise ships entering islands like Santorini, visitor numbers haven’t significantly dropped.
If you are unsure where to go, find some inspiration in our Ultimate Greece Yacht Charter Itinerary Guide . Here, you will find information about all the best charter destinations in Greece, location videos , and a complete list of our most popular itineraries .
Ultimate Guide to Finding Your Greece Yacht Charter Itinerary
The distances between the Greek islands are quite big, especially in the Cyclades – It is, for example, a whole 150 miles from Athens to Santorini . A crewed motor yacht charter from Athens to Cyclades cruising at 12 knots usually does day hops of 3-4 hours . The time increases for catamarans cruising at around 6 knots to at least 4-6 hours per day.
For this reason, we advise, especially first-time charterers, to visit the Saronic Gulf – Hydra , Spetses , and Poros instead, reducing time spent at sea and increasing time spent exploring the islands.
It is possible to cross from the Saronic Gulf to the Cyclades, which is usually done when Meltemi changes the plans of yachts from Athens.

✽ Crewed yacht charters in Greece include at minimum, a captain and at least 1 stewardess . On a larger motor yacht, the number of crew can be higher than the number of guests (including engineers, bosun, and additional stewardesses).
Our Huge selection of yachts spans a price range of €20,000 to €350,000 per week. Knowing your budget is a good way to narrow down your search for your yacht charter Greece. The strong Meltemi winds make the journey from Athens to Santorini subject to the elements, and some flexibility is needed as weather can significantly delay the journey. To avoid this, inquire about starting in Mykonos or Santorini and skipping the long cruise from Athens.
Given that availability is contingent on the previous charter ending nearby or at your desired location, it is strongly recommended that you hold off on buying airline tickets until a boat is secured.
How to Choose the Right Yacht for your Cyclades Greece Yacht Charter? Explained by Daniel Asmus
The third most popular crewed charter destination in Greece is the Ionian Sea . The Ionian Islands are only growing in popularity , and as more infrastructure is being built to accommodate more and larger yachts , the fleet is growing.
What makes the Ionian Islands such a great cruising ground is its lesser wind , which makes sticking to an itinerary much easier, and its islands’ closer proximity, which allows for easy island hopping in smaller jumps .
Although the fleet of permanent yachts, especially catamarans, is still limited in the Ionian Islands, it is possible to charter a yacht from Athens, passing through the Corinth Canal, one of the world’s narrowest canals . It is a very unique and spectacular experience to pass through here!

“I want to see Santorini and Mykonos. My tickets are purchased for fixed dates three months from now in August, and I need to start and finish in Athens, chartering a catamaran.”
This is one of the most common inquiries and one of the hardest to fulfill. Why?
The charter season in Greece is developing unexpectedly, with an unprecedented number of higher-end yachts posting price reductions—an unthinkable development given the record-setting 2022 Summer Med Season.
The increased airplane fares are partly to blame for the ongoing issues in the Greek infrastructure – not enough marinas to match the demand on other islands and continued over-tourism of key Cycladic charter locations. In addition, 2022 and 2023 have seen record increases in the numbers of new yachts – some 235 crewed boats were added to the yacht charter fleet, while most of the older yacht inventory got a refurbishment – in part also due to the EU funds promoting tourism.
A year-over-year decrease in demand.

Our favorite spots.
There are so many places to go on a Greek sailing vacation, with the endless beautiful islands in the Aegean and Ionian Sea , that it can seem kind of overwhelming to plan a sailing itinerary.
The question is whether you want to follow the hype and visit all the most talked-about destinations or whether you are seeking a yacht charter in Greece off the beaten track.
There are loads of amazing secluded islands not overrun by tourists waiting for people to break the trend. They all have turquoise waters and ancient ruins; the difference is that you will have them more to yourself.
Here are some of our favorite spots that have been repeatedly recommended by Captains and Crew who have sailed in Greece for years:
Did you know that during the Middle Ages and through the Ottoman era, piracy thrived in the Aegean Sea? And Milos was actually a central hub due to its strategic location on key maritime routes. Milos, often dubbed “ Pirate Island ,” was ideal for pirate activities thanks to its complex coastline filled with coves, caves, and tunnels that served as perfect hideouts. These natural harbors not only allowed pirates to evade naval authorities but also to ambush passing ships and swiftly conceal their plundered treasures.
Milos was one of the most talked about destinations by Captains and Crew both at the Seminar as well as during onboard inspections at the show. They especially highlighted places like Sarakiniko Beach , known for its otherworldly, moon-like landscape and secluded bays.
Onboard Catamaran Explorion , Captain Konstantinos Perdikaris tells us: “I especially like the south of Milos, where you will find the best water and connected caves. It is just amazing. And you can only go there by boat; you cannot access it by land, and there are not even any ferries going there. It is very special and secluded.” Captain Konstantinos also points out that the port of Milos is one of the best-protected ports in the Cyclades, making this the perfect hideout even in strong weather.
If you want a taste of real Greece, this is your island. Often referred to as the ‘Breadbasket’ of Greece , Naxos is one of the region’s most fertile islands and an agricultural gem. Olives, grapes, figs, and citrus fruit are just some of the produce growing on this island.
As the largest island in the Cyclades, Naxos is home to Mount Zeus , the tallest peak in the archipelago and the legendary birthplace of Zeus , king of the Greek gods.
Another major attraction of Naxos is the Portara or the Great Door . This massive marble gateway is the remains of an unfinished temple dedicated to Apollo, which dates back to the 6th century BC . It stands on the islet of Palatia, which is connected to Naxos Town by a causeway.
The Portara has become an iconic symbol of Naxos and is especially famous for its stunning views during sunset . The structure frames the setting sun perfectly during certain times of the year, making it a popular spot for both photographers and visitors looking to capture a quintessential Greek sunset.
Part of Natura 2000 as a nature reserve unbothered by humans.
Polyaigos was by far the most mentioned favorite destination by Captains and Crew and was many times highlighted as one of the most amazing places to arrive on a yacht .
Polyaigos, literally meaning ‘many goats,’ is the biggest uninhabited island in the Aegean Sea. The reason for its name, is the huge wild goat population which live on the island.
But goats aside, Polyaigos is a deeply fascinating destination, primarily known for its dramatic natural landscape and rich biodiversity. It is part of the Natura 2000 network , which is a network of nature protection areas within the European Union. It is included notably because it supports a significant population of Mediterranean monk seals, which are among the most endangered marine mammals in the world .
Paros , located right next to Naxos, is another destination that constantly came up when talking best destinations in the Cyclades with both Captains and Crew. It seems that the reason why Paros is so popular is because it is an island with everything .
It has numerous stunning beaches like Kolymbithres and Golden Beach , to name a few, and charming Santorini-like villages like Naoussa and Parikia, which offer vibrant nightlife and historical sites. The island is a haven for watersports enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers alike, with opportunities for windsurfing, hiking, and exploring ancient marble quarries.
Australian Captain Kristy Steindl named Paros her favorite island in the Cyclades, with Naoussa , the small fishing village on the northern coast, being the number one place to dine by the water . Naoussa offers a plethora of seafood restaurants, offering a real authentic Greek cuisine, right on the water’s edge, providing a matchless real Greek culinary experience against the backdrop of the serene waters. The bay offers excellent protection for anchoring , ensuring a peaceful stay.
Captain Kristy insists that Paros surpasses Santorini in terms of diversity and beauty with its abundance of stunning beaches. “In Santorini, you look out over the water from the top of a hill, literally hundreds of stairs from the water. In Paros, you look out from the white streets, and the water is so close you can smell it and dip your feet in. It’s a stunning island!”
When onboard Jewel , a 51-foot Catamaran, we asked Captain George Iliopoulos about his favorite destinations in the Cyclades. He did not hesitate a moment before he said Folegandros . His description of the island showed true enthusiasm for this place, which he has returned to so many times, both with charters and privately.
Unlike some of its more popular neighbors, it’s peaceful and untouched by mass tourism . Chora, the main town, sits up h igh on a cliff, giving you some of the best views of the Aegean Sea you’ll ever see . It’s got this old-world charm with its narrow streets and classic Greek architecture that’ll make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
Captain George also highlighted the island’s fantastic beaches , specifically mentioning Agali and Ambeli as favorites. One of their favorite charter activities for guests is a traditional Greek fish barbecue on the beach , enjoyed as the sun sets. Hostess and Chef Melina Chroni added that after a delicious meal of fresh seafood, cocktails around the fire always make for a memorable evening.

Make sure to check out our ULTIMATE GUIDE TO GREECE YACHT CHARTER ITINERARIES . Greece is a treasure trove of experiences, and truly, you could spend a lifetime island hopping around its turquoise waters. Each region is unique, not only in its attractions but also in its weather conditions, which can affect which yacht is suitable for your journey. If you’re wondering where to begin or which yacht fits your specific needs, our expert brokers are ready to assist.
Book well in advance.
With 3 months to charter, your best options are long gone. Ideally, we advise you to book 9-12 months before your intended charter .
It is also important to consider to keep some level of flexibility . Coming into high season and wanting to charter in the most popular areas, Greece yacht charters can easily be booked back-to-back.
One day back or forth can completely change the offer of available yachts, as you might find that your preferred yacht is already booked one day before your selected return date. It is, therefore, also a good idea to have your Greece yacht charter booked before you purchase your flight ticket .

BROKER COMMENT: “When I stepped onboard Catamaran Genny at the Poros Yacht Show 2024 , I was instantly blown away by her impressive interior. Already from the dock, she stands out, being significantly larger than the catamarans around her and of a dark, shiny grey color rather than the usual white. Inside she is incredibly spacious , with a big open central lounge with huge windows offering a panoramic view that is only obstructed by a large, shiny bar. The bar is well equipped with wines, spirits, a coffee machine, and a sink for washing.
Chief Stewardess Francesca Rosato showed me the 5 cabins , all with private bathrooms and 2 masters with walk-in closets . The bedding was stylish, and the minimalistic decoration gave it a calm, decluttered, and clean feeling. A tray with a glass water bottle and crystal glasses was placed on each night table, a small detail confirming the crew’s thorough consideration of good service. (Genny is Plastic-Free ).
One feature I really liked onboard Genny was the sliding glass door leading from the central lounge directly out onto the foredeck. The foredeck itself was stunning, with beautiful teak decks and lots of comfortable seating for lounging in the sun. There were also trampolines between the hulls , a detail I personally love, as it is a great place to lie when underway and watch the water rush by beneath you.
But my absolute favorite place on Genny , and also the favorite of most guests, according to Francesca, is the flybridge. It is super well fitted out with sun beds, a dining area, and a bar with bar stools —the perfect place to enjoy the view with an exotic cocktail.
Lastly, it must be mentioned that Genny also has a separate high-speed chase boat for going ashore or going exploring.
Catamaran Genny was definitely one of my favorites at the show!”
Daniel and Martina were outstanding and helped us execute the trip of a lifetime ! Very responsive and available to assist with anything and everything. They made sure that every detail was addressed and that our family was treated well. We have worked with other Charter Brokers in the past and DMA Yachting service and knowledge was far superior. Highly recommend.

Customer reviews.
We are frequent charterers and have sailed in the Med for the past 43 year. I have not only chartered but for many years ran the operations of a major charter company. I can safely say that it is not very often that one comes across a charter company as efficient and flexible as SEVEN Sailing .Spiros and his team were quite outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. Changes of charter dates, plans and island excursions were all handled swiftly and with courtesy. There is a lot to be said for using a company where the owners are hands on – something the mega charter companies lose with size. The boat was in excellent condition for age and we had no problems with her whatsoever. We have no hesitation in recommending Spiros and SEVEN Sailing.
Thank you for arranging a flotilla holiday that met all expectations and that will be fondly remembered. An efficient and personal service that resulted in a wonderful week of sailing in the Ionian. Good organisation and communication along with glorious conditions ensured our family flotilla experience was a big success. Our thanks to Spiros for arranging everything for us.
I would like to inform our satisfaction about the week we spended with catamaran odysseas. The boat was in excellent condtons and the places we visited very nice..Certainly we’ll back in this area supported by your organization
Thank you so much

Bareboat charter greece.
All the seaside places in Greece are so captivating that it is the ideal place to start planning your sailing holidays. You’ll find stunning turquoise waters, magnificent natural formations, quaint fishing villages, renowned tourist destinations… but if quiet is more your thing there are endless secluded coves to explore.
Skippered yacht charter greece.
Sailing holidays on a yacht rental is not just for sailors. It is for everyone seeking something more than the sea, the sun, and a sunbed. We provide professionally trained skippers for those who wish to rent a yacht and enjoy relaxing sailing holidays in Greece or those who wish to get involved and learn the ropes and the sails during a skippered yacht charter in Greece. After all, learning how to sail is easy. Depending on crew eagerness, our skipper will not only show how to navigate but will also provide firsthand knowledge of the Greek island destinations.
Our skippers are hospitable, friendly, discrete and knowledgeable about every destination and you will discuss together your preferences and plan your route. Choosing a skippered yacht charter, you also hire the skipper who will take care of the yacht for you and will ensure that you get the most out of your sailing holidays in Greece. When you select from our yachts for rent, keep in mind that you have to provide a cabin or berth in cabin for your skipper as he is obliged to sleep on board. Apart from the skipper’s fee, you have to also provide his meals either from the meals you prepare on board or at an eating place ashore. The skipper’s fee, regardless of the season and the people on board, is €140 to €190 depending on the yacht rental. You may wish to hire also a cook/hostess. The fee per day is generally 10 euro less than the skipper’s and you need to provide berth and meals as for the skipper. The running expenses for a skippered yacht charter are just like those of a bareboat charter (fuel, gas, water, meals, port/marina fees, etc.), plus the costs for the hired crew as above. Although some of our yacht rentals are offered only skippered (yacht charter prices include skipper’s fee), you may choose any of our bareboat charter yachts fitting your needs and let us know if you wish to have a skipper (select the check-box on the form of the yacht rental booking request).

Belonging to the esteemed superyacht category, the Tatoosh is a substantial vessel stretching to a vast 301 feet. This luxurious craft, custom-built in 2000, is managed by the renowned Fraser Yachts. With a series of updates undertaken in 2015, every aspect of the Tatoosh feels revitalized and fresh for your chartering experience.
The crowning glory of this boat is the top deck, where you will find a master suite and a saloon for your enjoyment. View the lower levels to discover various facilities for relaxation and entertainment. These include a state-of-the-art movie theatre, a spa complete with a massage room, a gym for those fitness-focused moments, spacious deck areas for social gatherings, a swimming pool for refreshing dips, and a cozy fireplace.
As a guest on the Tatoosh, you enjoy travel options that extend beyond the yacht itself. Moreover, you can come and go as you please by helicopter, adding extra excitement to your journey. If you prefer a more grounded experience, a sailboat and a powerboat are also available.
One of Golden Yachts' greatest treasures is the O'Pari. Stretching 311 feet and belonging to the superyacht category, the O'Pari boasts a top-notch entertainment system and a Jacuzzi on the sundeck, among other amenities. There is a gym on board, water equipment, and more. The O'Pari is located in Athens, Greece. It stands among the largest luxury yacht charters globally, exemplifying opulence and exclusivity. Boasting numerous impressive features, the Moonlight II caters to every whim of its guests. Imperial's Lana is a shining star in the realm of luxury-chartered yachts. Stretching a majestic 351 feet in length, it offers an exclusive experience for just 16 guests housed in 8 rooms. Seven of these are VIP rooms, ensuring absolute luxury for the occupants. After all, with such limited guest capacity, the Lana offers ample space to roam and unwind.
In 2021, Lana’s interior received a facelift, infusing it with a rejuvenated aura of relaxation and comfort. Wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the onboard spa, which offers various treatment rooms for ultimate rejuvenation. To complement this, Lana also boasts a gym for fitness needs, a movie theatre for entertainment, and a beach club when you wish to sit back, relax, and soak in the ambiance.
The biggest luxury yacht we'll cover in this article is the Flying Fox. It's an impressive 446 feet, with the ability to service 25 guests by way of 54 crew members. Mark Berryman, a famous British designer, formulated the interior design. The Flying Fox has everything the smaller yacht charters have, including a spa, beauty room, dry massage room, wet massage room, and various social spaces. The difference is in the details. Sitting areas feature a fireplace, widescreen televisions, dining rooms, surround sound systems, and an aquarium. If you want to dine on food favorites, this yacht has a pizza oven, tandoori grill, wok station, and rotisserie. On board, The Flying Fox is like nothing you've seen before and worth considering for your upcoming indulgent vacation.
Regarded as one of the world's largest superyachts, the Tis stretches an impressive 364 feet. Built in 2018, this floating marvel offers a myriad of high-end amenities. Guests can enjoy a wet bar for refreshments, a massage room for ultimate relaxation, and a beauty salon for pampering. It also features a spa for wellness, a gym for fitness enthusiasts, and a bridge deck offering panoramic views.
A grand staircase, reminiscent of a luxury hotel, seamlessly connects the different levels to the main deck, enhancing the yacht's luxury. After all, every inch of the Tis was thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort, aiming to provide you with a serene and lavish ‘home away from home' experience.
Overseen by Flying Charter, the Lauren L spans 295 feet but is meticulously designed to accommodate every luxury you envision in a yacht charter. This floating masterpiece can comfortably house 36 guests within its 20 distinct cabins, promising a bespoke experience for each guest.

"I have to figure out how to get out," Captain Sandy Yawn said as she navigated a scary issue on Below Deck Mediterranean.
While a good crew can control almost every detail of a guest's experience on a mega yacht, they can't control the weather. And sometimes, that sets the course for an entire charter.
Watch Below Deck Mediterranean on Mondays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock . Catch up on the Bravo app .
During Season 9, Episode 7 of Below Deck Mediterranean , viewers got a glimpse of the wildfires that tore through Greece in summer 2023. While docked in Athens, Captain Sandy Yawn and crew were pressured to get on the road (er, sea) because of the blazing fires nearby.
"If we don't get off the dock, we're spending the day in the bulk of the smoke," the captain explained before the next batch of guests arrived. Once they did make it onto the boat, she called bosun Iain Maclean up to the bridge to chat. While the waves were looking better (which meant they could depart without major seasickness!), another super yacht had docked right in front of them.

"Typically, I wouldn't take the risk to leave the dock, but because we have so much smoke coming in I have to get this vessel off the dock, so I'm going to take the risk," Sandy shared in a confessional. "It's crazy. You can see the fires over the hill, I have clients on the boat, and I can smell the ash that's on top of us. I have to figure out how to get out. There's six inches between the ground line, the dock, and the other boats. I'm boxed in, and if I make one wrong maneuver, the season is over."
After dismissing Iain, she let deck crew know their escape window had arrived and they needed to head out. While it was pretty tight to navigate, the pressure was on.
"We've gotta f-cking go," someone exclaimed over the radio.
Earlier in the episode, Sandy foreshadowed the issues while discussing the weather.
“We may be delayed a little bit. It’s a little rough,” she told Aesha Scott about 30 minutes before guests were supposed to arrive. All over the boat, the crew was watching the wind pick up.
“I can’t have a lot of wind when I’m trying to maneuver out of the slip,” the captain added in a confessional. “I have to wait for a weather window. We have to get off the dock before the fires get closer and the smoke starts coming into the marina. So we have to be ready when it’s time.”
Captain sandy explains the anchor issue on mustique.
Before the wildfire conundrum,Sandy had trouble even getting to the marina . At the end of Episode 6 and beginning of Episode 7, the crew was dealing with a "scary" and "f-cking expensive" anchor issue that made their guests miss their flights.
"The anchor shaft isn't working, so we're going to have to leave the anchor," Sandy explained in the episode. "We put the buoy on it and get the divers, and then we get it transported back to the marina. And then we install it there, because we need our anchor."
Luckily, a team was able to retrieve the (important) piece of equipment. But while that issue is solved, we still don't know what will come of the current problem. Find out if Mustique makes it out to sea without incident by tuning into Below Deck Mediterranean Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo. You can also stream the next day on Peacock.
